Onelife Fitness - Chesapeake Square Gym

Super clean gym, great equipment, friendly staff and awesome fitness classes! I love going to this gym, compared to the other locations for all of those reasons!

Kathleen is awesome! Matt is amazing too. The staff here is beyond top notch. You will not regret the decision to join.

I have been going to this OneLife for years and love it! The staff is so friendly and the gym is very clean! They are also always updating their equipment and bringing in new equipment which is awesome!

A truly great gym! While I tend to work out at three of the locations (Newport News, Norfolk, and Chesapeake Square), all three locations have incredible facilities and knowledgeable staff. The Chesapeake Square staff, where I go most often, is my favorite location, largely because the front desk staff are always friendly and engaging (a special shout out to Kathleen).

I've been going here since 2008. You have so much for only 29.99 a month. I use the pool for laps, the hottube to relax, both of which are always clean. My toddler loves the pool play area for the kids. They have plenty of machines and free weights for whatever your workout needs. It does get crowded during certain time frames but of you wait a few, ppl usually finish in a timely manner. The kids club is great, especially if your a new parent and are trying to get your works outs back in your schedule.

This place has always been nice to me. I started with getting day passes when my original gym was closed. Then one day I asked them about getting a membership. They let me try it for free one day just to be sure. Then I decided to go for it! Kristen made it really easy for me sign up and start my membership. She also explained how I can transfer gyms if/when I move. All of the staff is wonderful and it’s a judge-free environment!

One life Cheasapeak manager J. White and his staff are very professional and the fitness center is always clean. Any complaints are addressed immediately. I like being member at this center

I never heard of nor been to One Onelife Fitness before, I typed in Google "Personal Trainers near me" and Onelife popped up. Today October 7, 2022 18:16 I called and NO ANSWER I was looking forward to being a first time customer, but from reading these negative reviews made me change my mind about EVERYTHING..and I do not want to waste my hard earned money with how you all run your cancelation system and scamming people with the bogus "$29.99" deal going on because I seen that same price online and I just cannot risk these conditions going on with you all.

Joey was very helpful in restoring my husbands membership, clean gym, updated equipment recently. Kids club staff could be a bit friendlier but other than that very happy here.10/14/22 update:MUCH happier with kids club staff; 10/10 recommend!
