My favorite of the locations in the area. The staff are super friendly and helpful, while keeping the place very tidy. Training for my big bear spartan trifecta here,and the facility meets all my needs

National city - Today Sunday April 10, DO NOT go to the gym!!! I have had some many problems here. Today was OVER THE TOP here!!! Dan is a good manager. The others are mouthy. I went in for a tan; asked for a 5 minute delay. She said she can’t do it. Although I have a had it done several times at other Planet Fitness Gyms. She wanted to argue with me. Then she refused to let me tan. As I was leaving she started mumbling in under her breath. I asked her if she needed to continue to speak to me? She then proceeded to tell me that I had to leave or she was going to call the police on me. What kind of management is that when she doesn’t know how to work the equipment.

No longer a 24 hour gym and I spoke to someone and he/she stated that they won't be a 24 gym for a while. So I'll be quiting my membership. You guys were the best doing what you did... "if it aint broke don't fix it" Now your like every gym. You guys were different. If you guys go back to your old hours I'll be happy to join again.

Saw some bad reviews, not sure why.Staff was friendly, club was pretty clean.Like that most clubs have the the same equipment so I don't miss a beat when I'm traveling. Thank you PF👍🏻 …

Today May 17, 2022 I showed up to the gym at the time they usually open (5:00 am) and waited for over half an hour and the gym never opened. Whoever was suppoded to open this morning must have decided to not show up. I hope they take care of this issue so this does not happen again.

No Judgement? What does that mean at Planet Fitness? Seems to me that they would appreciate the homeless just using water for showers 🚿 and not their precious exercise equipment... I never use the machines or the workout spaces, i just take a 10 minute maybe 15 minute 🚿 shower and leave, that's it, i pay my membership just like those 5 people working out spread over 100 expensive exercise equipment, don't get me wrong, if i wanted to workout i would like this place, BUT because of the way Planet Fitness "doesn't Judge" I'll be cancelling my membership as soon as I find a place that offers equality for all...

A black membership gets discounts on drinks and they can’t even charge me for the bottle cause it’s not the gym I opened the account at makes absolutely no sense. I should be able to go to any planet fitness and buy a water bottle with my account just how they charge the membership because that’s what the black membership offers me to be able to do and I’ve never had at issue until coming to this location. As a bonus their bathrooms are disgusting so there’s that.

Recently relocated to this Planet Fitness due to a move. I love working out here and the staff are friendly but I normally shower at the gym after my workout so I can save time and go straight to work. The multiple showers I've taken have been freezing and the employees say the the water heater for the women's bathroom is broken and has been for some time. Not sure why this hasn't been fixed yet.Update: Lowered my review from a 3 to a 1. There is rarely someone manning the counter. At one point I stood by the counter needing to ask a question, waiting for the employee to come back for so long that other gym members came up to me and asked if I needed help. Another time when I needed to register a guest and no one was there. Was also informed by one of the employees that the manager claimed that the women's showers have never been broken which is a blatant lie as I took cold showers for two weeks and as of 29NOV2021 they're still cold. Been coming to this location since 15OCT2021 and have yet to have a warm shower. And yes, I triple checked I was using the shower correctly.PS: The "studio" area is TINY. Literally can only fit two individuals, for the ENTIRE gym. And it's in the middle of the walkway for anyone heading to the stairs. Almost got kicked in the head at one point during a stretch by someone coming around a corner.

I've been going to many different planet fitness gym's and all have 2 things in common... machines are all the same, installations are all the same, can't there be something different where we can say; I'm going this gym today because of the sauna or I'm going to the one that has raquetball...you know something that catches the client not just the colors.

Friendly staff, good black card perks!Don’t like that when The gym is empty 90% of the lockers are always locked!Guys hanging out in the locker room like it’s a social club or a pick up bar. Wish the gym was open earlier for those of us who work at 6 AM.
