Floors and showers, bathroom, doors were pretty dirty. It was a busy time when I visited which could have contributed. Much of what I saw, such as mold in the showers, was a build up over time. I was there an hour and there were 4 employees at the desk talk when I got there and when I left. I didn't see anyone making an effort to clean anything.They had plenty of equipment and hot water which accounts for 2 stars.UPDATE: Sure I could have taken the time out of my workout to go point out all the dirty mess but I sure don't get paid to do that! Shouldn't the owner or staff do that instead of asking the CUSTOMER to do that job free? I pay for a service. I expect that service to be what it claims.

Yesterday was my first time there, I truly enjoyed my experience. I honestly hesitated going because I go to a lot of different locations since I am a traveling nurse. I have had a horrible experience at the PF on Euclid ave. So I thought because its close by this PF it was going to.be the same; but i was pleasantly surprised. This PF in Southport is 1. Clean 2. The staff is friendly 3. And the showers are HOT (so important) parking is bad because of IN & out but other than that I had a great experience.

Liked the layout overall. Great free weights, nautilus and cable weight stations.Black Card perks nice, liked the hydro massage tables. Showers, lockers and a very clean and friendly atmosphere.Sound philosophy with the judgement free zone. Staffs friendly and helpful. I would like to see guest of black card being able to use massage amenities..

Friendly new staff- always willing & looking forward to assisting all club members. Greetings are genuine and appreciated. Complains are taken into consideration & customers feel heard. Equipment is always kept clean, and ready for use. Maintaining showers & broken machines fixed has been kept a priority. Club members are considerate of one another & polite. TV shows & music vary. Great working out atmosphere overall.

Best to check the app for crowd level. Manager is a bit how should I put this kindly?? Rude, unfriendly and thinks he's the popular kid. Talking about people to include employees. I thought thus gym was no judgment. His staff have now started to act like him. Thinking about going to the one in chula better. Even though this is more convenient being close to Base.

The one by In and out doesn't think that the disabled shower should be priority. I told them and showed I guess one the managers and he didn't seem to sportive about making sure maintenance should be on it quick enough to fix it. Knowing there's only one of them. Staff is real sweet helpful and patient. I move slower so it takes more time for me to get I'm and out the shower. So far they have been super! Supportive and kind of about me and my disabilities. Sadly I can't say the same for the manager.

there is no hot water at two locations, The pf on broadway in chula vista and the national city have frequently had no hot water and the only response I get is "we are working on it" One month I have been a member and 95 per cent no hot water. However, Eastlake location has plently of hot water (wonder why)

i went to go see if i go, but i asked to.look around. (I have membership) but I didnt just want to walk in unannounced. I had more questions about changes and a trainer. The person juat said i have to go train someone and walked away. (with a , i dont want to work here mode. later I saw him upstairs training the customer with no attention no commitment) 4:30pm Im going to go see what the Chuze fitness is like also in Natiinal City. at 7:00pmIll just cancel and get that membership.
