24 Hour Fitness

Friendly staff. You can get a good work out if you go around 5pm to 7pm; after 8:30pm on weekdays. Some broken equipment are not fixed fast enough. These are also placed too close to each other. I hope they'll add more classes especially on a Sunday.

I've been going here for a little over a year now. The same treadmills that didn't work then still don't work now. Just under half of the treadmills are unusable. The one I ran on today I couldn't reduce my speed on and the running mat jerked, a couple days ago the treadmill I ran on had the decline button stuck down and would always return to negative incline every 30 seconds. Not worth the 40$ a month im spending to go here will probably look to use another location or cancel my 24 hour membership because I should get FUNCTIONING treadmills at 40$/month

Its enough for now. Don't go past 6 p.m. no machines available. The worst part is they don't clean the equipment. It's a great way to get sick. If there is nothing to do clean the equipment. They all mostly stand around.

The most unmotivating Gym I have ever worked out in and I am a very healthy fitness motivated person . So cheap and Bojangkie!! Over half of the cardio machines are rickety make tons of noise when you get on them what do you guys not have a screwdriver !?? All those meatheads working there but all the equipment needs simple tuning up .Ok? Useless much ? .I can use my fake nail as a screwdriver but you guys can't tighten these screws On these workout machines Wth give me a break ! Lol !! **repeat your phone or Internet service will not work ! **And/or it will very poorly . I'll be in the best mood going to enjoy my work out at this gym and I will get zero bars for my phone reception five minutes after stepping in and it's pretty annoying when all U want do is work out and listen to music ... butttt nooooooo not here at this gym prepared to be unmotivated every single time with super bad vibes .. no Bueno when I have to stop working out every single time to go out into the parking lot to get service again .. I don't get time off, I have to be able to run my business while I workout, can't take care of my business at this gym .noooo reception ... good job 24 ... wi-Fi would be $100 tops a month for this poop establishment but do they invest hell no they don't .! So lame ... super over this gym

the worst gym !! Do not put your card info on file with them. We have paid our bill ever month on time & every week they steal money from our account & tell us cause it wasnt paid or there was a late fee ! I even was told thing that do mot go with the contract They act clueless & dont wanna put the manger on the phone !!! WE WILL SEE YOU IN COURT. Anybody looking for a membership do not signup with money stealing 24/hour aleast the citrus heights location.

Nice place to work out and spend some time on your fitness, trainers are awesome and very friendly staff

Pool and Senior fitness classes make this better than some other gyms. Senior Sneakers members are free. Good parking, friendly staff. Shower drains usually slow.

Excellent place to workout, clean kept with a friendly staff.This gym is average in size; this location has a pool, hot sauna: both dry and steam. A basketball court, aerobic, and spin cycle room. There are free weights including kettle bells. Aerobic & wehight machines.suspension training & heavy bag.

The gym is OK at certain times but the way they handle business in the financial department is b~~~ s~~~ but hey you people out there watch every activity with 24 Hour Fitness

I found mold in the bathroom, in the tile took a lot of picture sent a complaint to the company it never got solved it still there. Everthing else is fine.
