Bluetooth speakers full blast in wet area for an hour and staff says yep we allow that. Equipment out of order. Basically a horrible comedy my experience was so bad

Not open 24 hours. Men's showers are disgustingly filthy. Urinals have leaked for months. Pool, though, is pretty good now.

Excellent for what it is intended for: showing up, lift heavy, leave. Sure, the phone reception while in the gym could be better though there is no need for it if you're using the gym the way it's supposed to.

I miss the actual 24 hr being open for 24 hours. When is that actually going to happen?I would definitely go more to this location and rate it better since I feel that it should hold true to its name. Other locations operate 24 hr so I expect this to change soon.

This location used to be my favorite. However, for over a year now the bathrooms, locker room and especially the showers are completely disgusting. I use the pool and must shower after but the mold is out of control. The drains are clogged and there is always globs of hair everywhere. I went every other day for 2 weeks straight and the same hair and garbage was in the shower stall for the whole 2 weeks. Terrible disrespect for the members who pay good money for a gym membership. This Citrus Heights location closes at 8pm on Saturday and Sunday which is ridiculous considering this is 24 hour fitness! The air vents in the pool room are covered in dust and all the tiles have some kind of scum on them. Needs a complete overhaul and deep cleaning. Broken shower heads leak or are just turned off and left for weeks. Several people have reported the issues and still nothing has been done.

Moving from a 1 Star to a 5 Star. I had some precovid personal training sessions that got wiped out. I just got word that they are being restored. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

The worst customer service I ever had in my entire life. I rather drive 30 minutes to Roseville instead of this Gym. unfortunately, the lady acted unprofessionally while talking to the customers. (almost attacked me).
