Awesome facility , the management here is top notch, friendly people also serious about a good pump. Only reason I dropped a star is that it’ll be a while until the sauna/steam room opens , also the benches smell pretty bad

I dont like that there water fountains have been closed for a year and when you ask they say its because of covid. When I drive down the street to crunch fitness in citrus heights and there water fountain is open and even better a brita water filter. If 24 is worried about germs why dont you just put a brita filter!? I drive 15 mins down the road to roseville 24 and all there water fountains are open. A business should have all aspects of their place running, and professional

The friendliest staff ever! It is so nice when they remember your name at check in! Kind of like Cheers! Kevin and Kate always have a smile! I've been a 24 member for 15 years and this location is truly the best! Thank you all!

It's no really clean place. They need put attention in the bathrooms, dressing rooms are dirty.

I like returning to this location especially due to Kirstin’s hospitality. She’s super welcoming and cute! :)

Only complaint is they won't put some WD-40 on their damn standing calf raise machine. Squeaky as hell.

Horrible Customer service. Was my first time coming in to try out the gym . And the guy that was at the front didn’t let me have the 3 free days to check out the jym he was making us do the membership . I had a passport as I’d but he wouldn’t take it . Said I have to live in Citrus Heights . Horrible don’t want to join the 24 fitness no more after this

apparently no 24 hour fitness employee monitors the equipment for signs of wear & tear. 4 or 5 of them just hang around at the front desk. so no preventative maintenance is done. once equipment breaks, which is dangerous in of itself, then it takes a couple of months for it to be fixed. and this is a recurring issue. and to add to that, they keep jacking up membership dues every few months. lastly, customer service for the most part is just embarrassing & laughable.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this gym! everyone that ive interacted with that works there has been helpful, friendly and professional. They've handled this Covid situation professionally and wonderfully. Im very grateful and thankful they are open. I do wish we could have extended sessions from an hour to an hour and half. It is a real battle to get my workout in. Even with being more more half what it used to be. (And I go every day.)

great gym, awesome employees. i go for the pool and sauna. always clean. good vibe
