Started out at Golds in Harrisburg in Jan 16 and so far am thrilled with the facility, people and results....stop in and check it out. The Golds staff will help you get where you want to be.

There are frequently no towels, the clean wipe containers are empty, and there is always a weight clamp missing.Here's a warning to everyone who wants to go here: Your contract states that there is a 30 DAY WAITING PERIOD TO CANCEL. That means whatever moment you decide you're done, it doesn't matter, they're going to screw you out of another month's fee anyway. Time Warner Cable is the worst company in the world and even they get you out in a day. Go somewhere else.

This gym is really great because there's a ton of options. The cardio equipment, free weights and sauna are fantastic amenities. The studio is great when I wanna do shadow boxing because of all the mirrors and room.

probably the worst gym I've been too, only reason i got a membership was the convenience of it being very close! this place is always crowded in the weight area and there isn't any space to do anything really like lunges you have to hope that big class room they have isn't being used, all the "ab area" is pitiful again its 2 yoga mats and a ab roller lol literally thats it thats the space, again if you like doing your own HIIT workouts or circuit training there is no room here, its really a joke, especially for the price, the women's bathroom is always put of paper towels, thats just gross, people poop then hopefully wash their hands, what are they supposed to wipe with? again this place is a joke, they don't offer anything, my kids always get sick when they go to child care i doubt they clean the toys. so many better gyms just little bit further of a drive but if health and fitness and progress are important to you its worth it, also there is always some annoying "trainer" that will try to get you too buy personal training, he told me nutrition isn't number on that building muscle is hahaha I'm sorry i had to laugh, there are plenty of dudes that stay in the weight room that aren't fit or healthy, they just see you as $$ again please take your money and time somewhere else, this place needs a makeover

Horrible management who brags about firing employees based on her current mood. They don't care about members or employees. Let's do the math... 5500 members in the small franchise, annual maintenance fee per member is $50. This means $275000 on top of regular dues and they can't seem to even fix the AC after many years or even keep their facilities maintained (missing carabiners, holes in the walls, no new toys in childcare for years, machines broken for weeks on end). I have actually seen managers hide in the office with the lights out to avoid dealing with member issues. There are many other options in the area that offer way more for way less and without a yearly contract.

I like this spot. It is close to my house and has a friendly staff. I especially like the daycare option so I can bring my son when I work out. I wish they had more weight equipment. Depending on the time you go you can be waiting to use certain machines. Overall, great place to get fit.

I will admit the facility is nice. The equipment is awesome but I normally go to the concord location because the daycare girls are awesome with our 3 kids! We moved to Charlotte so I decided to go to the Harrisburg location for my cardio this morning! I was dissatisfied with the daycare. They ladies told me they don't normally feed babies there bottles unless they can hold it themselves. Well my child is used to nursing I pumped so I could have a good workout knowing they would feed him his bottle (the concord location always gives him his bottle...no issues) Then the one staff member had a bad attitude towards the children. It made me very uneasy going back to my workout. I will not be going back To this location I'd rather waste gas then have someone be rude to my child!
