HEW Fitness

My new home. Love all my coaches and have met so many amazing people here. Workouts are tough but doable at every fitness level. So many class times to pick from. Can’t imagine going anywhere else to get my daily dose.

Just recently restarted my HEW routine and I’m so happy I did. I’m really enjoying the extra push and motivation I get from the group setting and coaches! Not to mention the workouts are spicy haha

My favorite hour of the day is my workout here. Great coaches and friends. Different circuits every day that build strength and endurance. Highly recommend!

Wow, this gym is supportive, fun and tough. The trainers/ coaches are very informative and keep you motivated. We just did the Murph workout for Memorial Day. You really do get in the best fitness of your life.

Excellent Gym with Awesome coaches . It's actually a Family where everyone helps each other to push and do better everyday . Love being here . Started working out after a long time and now can't go a day without being here . Thank you Team Coral Springs ❤️

I use to work out at youfit and I am soooo happy I found HEW! It's a different workout everyday and the coaches are amazing.

Came to this place for the first time today and loved it! Great workout and exceptional coaches that truly moved you and made sure that the exercise was being done correctly and effectively. Although this workout was free (1 free workout) they gave their undevided attention to everyone and pushed us all through. Today was a TABATA workout in which happens to be my favorite types of workouts. Thank you for not only the workout but the experience, HARD EXERCISE WORKS!

The coaches there are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable with the exercises and are always motivating you to do better!

Great staff! The gym is clean and they treat everyone like a family even when you are new. Highly recommended
