Dirty, gum all over the stair, bathrooms are worse than a boys middle bathroom. Dumbbells never in the right area, floors are grimy. Staff seem chill at least. This one place is just gross…..

@ochealthdepartment SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! There is NO water pressure in the sinks to even wash your hands! The women's' showers are NASTY w/ mold, dirt, other people's belongings get left in the shower stalls for DAYS which tells me they DON'T CLEAN and the air vents are CAKED in dust and dirt. I can't bring myself to swim here anymore due to the lack of cleanliness and ongoing health code violations.

Master Coach Miguel Cancino is the only reason why I have decided to keep coming to this gym. He’s spectacular with all his clients and has shown nothing but results. Hands down the best trainer I have ever seen, keep up the amazing work!

Only going here because so many of the other locations shut down and left me with very few options. Nasty bathrooms!! Here's a thought - CLEAN them. Toilet paper would also be a nice option. Also, it would be good if this location played All sorts of music, rather than just music for Spanish speaking people. As well with the TV shows..... not everybody here speaks Spanish and it seems a little discriminatory.

I've read through the reviews and am somewhat surprised by the negative remarks.Disclaimer: I go around 2x/week at 5am. So maybe being the first one there has something to do with it? 🤷♀️Showers: clean .. when there's something broken I notice it gets resolved in a timely manner.Staff: very friendly, helpful, and overall pleasant. My first time there, I didn't know the layout. I only asked where the workout room is and the front staff picked up that it was my first time there and proceeded to explain where everything was. That was nice of her.Parking: 2 exits, which is nice. Again, I'm there at opening so parking isn't a problem.Patrons: I don't feel disgusted like others may have mentioned at other locations. Everyone seems pleasant and courteous. Again, I'm there at opening so maybe it's because everyone's still half asleep and doesn't have the energy to be rude. 🤷♀️The ONLY gripe I might have is the music, which isn't really an issue since I have ear buds on anyway.At first it was the SAME playlist over and over and over. 2020 pop.They've switched playlist 😁😁. Now it's on repeat with 70's -80's music. 🤦♀️I'm glad they're here.

The only reason to go to this gym is it’s one of the few 24 Hour Fitness locations that’s open past 9pm. If you have any other option, I would say take it. The bathrooms are always dirty, sinks are constantly backed up, soap dispensers are always broken. There are much better 24 Hour Fitness locations around that you can pick from. Also it’s two hours validated parking and anything past that you’ll have to pay for.

Horrible gym and disgusting.Restroom are so dirty and fillty. Do not recommend this gym go to another one. Looks like the manager does not care anymore. They need hire actual cleanning company not random people.I live across the street and I rather drive to another gym. Go to Bristol and Edinger everything is clean and working.

Three stars due to the The parking problem you only get 2hrs of free parking barely had enough time to do a swim and shower. Wish I could’ve seen more of the facility. I already pay for the membership I shouldn’t have to pay extra for parking. If you’re if your gym rat I wouldn’t recommend going to the gym unless you want to pay extra out of pocket for parking. Nice not to have music blasting in the bathrooms or the swimming area. Did to the parking problem most likely won’t come to this location again.
