The gym features a three-lane indoor pool, diverse workout equipment, and ample space across three floors. However, multiple reviews highlight significant concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and overall organization. Friendly and helpful staff stand out positively, yet the operational shortcomings often overshadow these aspects.

Great gym to go to right after work durning the week. Only downside is when it gets packed around 5-7, which is when everyone is usually out of work. Other than that it's a great gym with good machines.

Worst thing about this Gym is parking is only 2 hours so you have to keep in mind all the time that you need to be out before 2 hours. Men's rooms are always dirty. Weights are always scattered all around the place. Hard to find what you need. Not recommended!

This place need a RENVATION and UPGRADE! More than 75% of the equipment have something wrong with them and some are just decorative or to fill the spot. Its truly one of the worst gym I've ever been too.

I need to swim for my cardio, but the pool is really disgusting. The water isn't clear. Normal pools are supposed to be clear -- you can see everything under water. But here at this 24-Hour Fitness, you can't see beyond one meter deep into the pool. Plus, if you are unlucky enough to get water in your mouth, it tastes really salty. I got an infection in the eye for swimming there, I really hope they'll clean it up before people get sick. Steer clear!

This place actually deserves zero stars due to their parking setup. Ever since they replaced the human parking booth attendants with these automated machines, its been nothing but issues when I try to exit the lot near 'Avenue of the Arts' side.To add, their workout machines are always dirty and broken, either from a worn out cushion to a missing pin to lock the weights. Can't wait until I find a better alternative. Uuggh!

The only problem with this location is parking a 2hr limit. I love the outdoor jacuzzi. I workout in the pool. So I take 2 showers plus steam room so 2hr parking is not enough time 4 me without feeling rushed.

This place has everything I need and is usually not to crowded. The only down side about this gym are the Men's locker/restroom everytime there a horrible odor ,Guys leave the hair after shaving on the sink, I open a stall and was backed up and had a giant turd it was the most disgusting thing ever! Overall the gym is good just the restroom are disgusting!

This gym has so much potential to be a nice place to workout and unwind, but over the years has been allowed to deteriorate and take on a depressing atmosphere. The audio and screens on the cardio equipment rarely function properly, water barely trickles out of the faucets in the women's locker room (forget there being soap in the dispensers), the place needs a repainting in something less than drab, and the music is usually loud, uninspiring, and bad. I did notice that some of the aging equipment has been fixed, which is nice, and the people who work out here are largely respectful. I do wish the parking would be extended to 2-1/2 to 3 hours, as I have been caught several times having to pay.

This place is a dumb and is should not be considered a Super Sport. The only difference is they have towel service. The place has dust all over the ceilings and the lockers and bathrooms are filthy everytime I go.

Dirty and worn. 24hrs has maxed out their utilization for new memberships and has no incentive to sell the facility to customers. Equipment way outdated for being a "Super Sport". Equipment laying around, dirt and dust hanging from walls. Light fixtures have bugs from 5 years ago. I travel a lot and Costa Mesa in general has the worst 24 facilities in the country.
