24 Hour Fitness

It is a great feeling when you are greeted as you walk in. I don’t come to this location often however the times that I have Juan is usually here. Whether that be in the early morning or later at night. Each time he has greeted me and every person who walks in after or before me. Todays leg days was amazing. Want to say it was in part fueled by the positive energy Juan set for with his acknowledgement and Good Morning.

I signed up online for a 3 day pass. I wanted to get a feel of the club to see if I wanted to join. I drove over 40 minutes to this location and I was told that this location does not do guess passes. This is extremely inconvenient considering the guest pass specifically said it was for the Kessler park location. It was extremely upsetting to be turned away for an error made on the organization's part.

Overcrowded, dirty, multiple machines broke for long periods of time, minimal-no cleaning stations. If you can find a bottle of cleaner it is most likely empty. Staff currently “working” spend more time socializing than doing anything else.

Pros:-A ton of amenities: Jacuzzi, Steam Room, Sauna, Basketball court...- If you can workout in the off hours it's pretty chill and u won't have to wait for equipment-good amount of locations across the countryCons- False advertising everywhere you look (surprised they haven't been sued) they promise 3 Free Day Pass but they tell you that you only have a 1 day pass.- HIGH PRESSURE SALES, as soon as you tell them you're there to check out the gym they'll sit you down to get you to sign up at any cost. Good luck getting to try the gym first without a Time Share resort style pitch.- NOT 24 hours, they close at 11 and open at 5am- only 3 Squat/Deadlift stations so expect to waiiiittttt if you plan on doing the basic lifts

This gym is disgusting. There is trash left all over the floor, showers haven’t been cleaned in weeks. The gym is consistently overcrowded and most people lacking proper gym etiquette.

I had some money stolen from my locker and had it ram sacked when I went to let he staff know they directed me to the manager I made my complaint to the manager and her approach was, well you should’ve had a lock on it blew me away, she had no concern to the matter acted with a negative attitude and just walked away.I also want to state that during my visit there were 3 female employees in the mens locker room cleaning while men were showering and changing. Now if it were to be three men in the female locker room it would be on the news station. If corporate sees this please correct these issues and have the manager fired for representing 24 hours with careless and very poor example in front of the other employees. As I am jaw dropped and bummed out seriously!

Good gym. Been here twice so far and the staff is pretty cool and the gym is good. Most of the equipment works, but just like any other gym a few machines are broke, but they get repaired. Overall a good gym.

It’s nice because it new. But there trash cans are ALWAYS FULL. the bottles w the disinfectant are always very low or empty! I also have a membership at Planet fitness and there is NO COMPARISON how clean that gym is verses this one. But I do love the staff. GREAT PEEPS!

They broke in my car and shattered my window and stole my belongings as I was in the gym, I was parked by the front too. IN BROAD DAYLIGHT! Multiple fellow gym members told me the same thing happened to them at the same gym within the past few weeks. This 24 hour fitness does not care about their members or they would put a security or police officer in the parking lot at all times. Do NOT, I repeat...DO NOT go to this gym unless u want to have some low lives break into your car and then have the gym and police do absolutely nothing about it.

I started coming here about a year ago and recently moved out to Grapevine. There are about 3 other locations that are closer to me that I went to check out and none of them compare to this one. Granted this one is new and has new equipment the atmosphere of the others was not the same. At this location its big and the staff is so friendly. Lee and Aldren always have a smile on and on the weekends the play music that just makes things fun. There was an incident where a man working out was being rude and trying to get me off a machine. The manager and personal trainer handled it right then when I brought it to their attention. Will definitely drive back to location to get a work out in!
