Been coming here a few years and hitting the gym 15+ years. This gym overall is better than most. It improved over the last few months too post-pandemic. Glad it’s back to 24 hours a dayPros- very friendly and attentive staff- new equipment in good shape- strong emphasis on cleanliness- used a personal trainer there just to mix things up and he was very nice and knowledgeableCons- it is super crowded in the evenings.

Same as previously mentioned that this gym is way too packed all the time. This is the only reason I cancelled my membership. Early morning , late in the day, middle of the day doesnt matter! You end up spending way more time than necessary there waiting for equipment or even to find a space somewhere to improvise. Might as well just find a space at home. Everything else was great. Staff was nice and they have good equipment, just too packed.

It's the closest one to my home, and the equipment and set up of the gym make me love it. Yes it's packed a lot of the time but i have found that PM is a lot more packed then AM- never an empty gym (we all trying to two fit so it's a double edged sword).Only reason for the 4 stars is the spray to clean up after myself is typically empty- UNTIL RECENTLY. It seems they hired someone who is trying their best and im grateful.Other locations dont really compare to this one. I signed up for a year membership in December (not a good financial idea i know- but the staff convinced me ). I will definitely be waiting until January to renew. There's a lot of people moving into dallas so it's hard to expect an empty affordable gym anywhere.

I went to this location for the first time on a early Sunday morning so I had access to all the machines/racks that I wanted to use. The gym was clean but the locker room was a complete mess. Trash EVERYWHERE and the shower area had dirty clothes and socks across the floor. One would need a hazmat suit to shower. This was early Sunday so I’d hate to see what it looks like throughout the day. Not a good first impression 24 Hour Fitness!

Gym is always clean and everything is where it needs to be. However, this location is small and no matter what time you go it will be packed. If you like to lift expect a wait.I am normally at the mesquite location and never have this issue. But since moving Kessler is the closer option. Because of how packed it is ALL THE TIME I cancelled my membership. I know employees can’t control this part but to make this location so small in this location was DUMB ‼️

I changed gym membership from "the purple gym". Everyone with a 24hrs membership would tell me how great this gym is. But its not, its always dirty and in the men's locker room the guest take turns keeping it clean. I can tell you this, at the Purple Gym it was always getting cleaned and always got greeted coming in or leaving. The staff at this gym just don't care.

I love their gym and the staff is really nice, but they need to change their name. You are NOT opened 24 Hours- lockdowns ended months ago.

Shout out to a wonderful personal trainer, Kelley Holbeck! She worked with me, a woman of a certain age, to improve my shoulder mobility and overall core strength and balance. I am pain free IF I do the stretches and exercises she taught me. We also worked on the TRX equipment; love TRX and Kelley knows some great exercises. Would highly recommend working with her, particularly if you have been sitting at a desk for years like me. And best of all, she’s fun! (Kelley pictured below)

I like 24 hour fitness but I'm finding that they are not everywhere I need them to be. They aren't in Waco, or Lubbock as far as I remember nor are they in the part of Dallas I'll be in. 24 hour fitness is a great gym if you're not expecting to travel.
