Booked an appointment for 5 PM, got email and text confirmation. Received a reminder as well to not miss the appointment, I drove 20 minutes only to see the gym door locked.Kept ringing the bell for 5 minutes while everyone from inside the gym was staring at me like I was some alien. When I called, got the IVR, which asked me to text, and when I texted, I got a reply that the appointment was scheduled by the system by mistake, and they close before 5 PM.Great customer service, and thank you for the humiliation.

I have gone to Anytime Fitness for about 5 years now and the gym has gone down hill. Not very clean, the bathrooms need attention most of the time. Water paper cups are always empty. The new owners do not do the job of keeping the gym clean like the previous owner did. I would not recommend this Anytime Fitness.

Busy Dallas Mega gym! However, it is very clean, the people who workout here and staff are super friendly and if you are patient, you will always get your turn at whatever machine you need!

Had my first post retirement work out today at the Anytime Fitness in Far North Dallas. I was super impressed with my trainer Jacob. He’s very knowledgeable and explains what each exercise is for and watches you to make sure you’re doing it properly. He’s very encouraging as well. I want to concentrate on my fitness now that I have more time and I’m glad I’ve found someone I’m happy to work with. The other trainers I’ve met are also very personable. Highly recommend this location.

i have been to about 10 Anytime Fitness locations and this is by far the BEST. The regulars are friendly, the staff are friendly and personable and the new owner is by far the best i have ever met. (I forget names but she is there on thursdays) and has no problem stepping in and cleaning the toilets or whatever is needed. That is not something you see very day. The equipment is well kept, they have the HackSquat which is rare in the other locations i have been to, they have the complete BootyBuilder machine (one other location i've been to has a scaled down version of it). Overall the best Anytime fitness i have been to, i will drive from Frisco to this location because of the equipment.Fyi this is the only gym I've ever seen that keeps hair ties out for us:-)
