Orangetheory Uptown Dallas is my favorite studio ever!!! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the incredible staff. The manager, Conner, always goes above and beyond to ensure the best experience for the members, as well as the rest of the front desk staff! You'll see remarkable progress thanks to the motivating, inspiring, and friendly coaches who cheer you on every step of the way. Between the exceptional staff, customer service, and training- this studio is a 10/10!!

If you need a great workout where you can show up and not have to think about what you are doing next, then Orange Theory is the place for you. The coaches are great and always have an amazing playlist!

As a workout junkie that's tried most of the fitness studios around Dallas, OTF is one of the few workouts that I never get tired of. I love that the studio has different challenges/events every month to test your endurance and keep you motivated. In the last 7 months that I've been a member of the studio I've noticed an improvement in my stregnth, endurance and overall energy levels :)

I really hate leaving a bad review because the two years I spent working out at orange theory were awesome but when it comes to cancelling my membership it’s been an awful experience. I cancelled my membership 4 months ago and they keep charging my every month since. Every time I speak to someone they say it’s cancelled, then when I call back after being charged they say they have no documentation of calls or me cancelling and I still have to pay. That’s 4 months at $189 each month. It’s completely unacceptable and I shouldn’t have to keep paying when I cancelled but they just tell me “you’ll have to pay this month and you won’t be charged again”. It’s left what could have been a really great impression to me not recommending orange theory to anyone due to how poor the studio is run.

Tried to sign up for 2 weeks for an intro class and was unable to get into any classes. Finally signed up and provided all necessary information and showed up for class. Wasn’t able to take the class that I commuted to - due to a “30 minute early” policy that was never explained to be when trying to sign up on numerous occasions. There are definitely way too many other workout classes to sign up for in Dallas where the process is much smoother.
