I have not exercised like this in 30 Years, I am out of shape and 280 lbs. They help you through all issues to be a better fit person. It does not mater what fitness level you are at it works for all... it works for me!!!!!

I like the variety of the sessions moving from the floor exercises, treadmill, and water rower, working many different muscles and keeping the heart rate up. This coupled with the coach adding encouragement makes for a seemingly quick thorough workout.

Different every time. Awesome coaches. Challenging but attainable. I travel a lot for work and there is an OrangeTheory in all of the cities to which I travel. Even though the exercises you do are different in each class the way the class is structured is the same everywhere so you know what to expect.

I love how the workout is different every time. The trainers are so encouraging and motivating all throughout the workout. Orangetheory has been amazing and I am truly noticing a difference in how I look after only being a member for a couple of months! I look forward to going and have never worked out this consistently in my life!

We were welcomed by a polite and caring staff. The brief explanation of the program was easy to understand. The instructor was motivating and patient while guiding us through the first sets for technical understanding of the exercises. Overall, we enjoyed the process and are excited to return. For anyone looking to increase their health and fitness, this program is certain to produce great results.

I like the daily variety. There is enough of a change up that it doesn't become routine. I like the integration with the heart rate monitor and the workout screens. It helps to challenge myself in the workout and appeals to my naturally competitive nature. The staff is great and the coaches are attentive. I've really come to enjoy my workouts!

I LOVE coming to work out at Orangetheory! Left to a normal gym I will not go, but the fact that the awesome coaches are there to correct you and guide you makes all the difference. I like that I know exactly how long I will be at the gym with the structured class times. Everyday is a different workout so I do not get bored. This was the best move I have ever made in terms of my health and lifE!

As someone who had never been classified as a "runner" but as a gym rat, I started working out at Orangetheory kind of intimidated of the treadmills. But even before the workout started my coach that day got me inspired and took away the skepticism I had. Coming here has made me feel better about myself at the same time as keeping my body guessing because all the workouts are different. Not to forget that all the other members have a bond I've never seen at a gym before. This place rocks my socks off. I'm hooked. I recommend it to beginners, people who are frequent gym goers, and the crazy triathletes. There's room for everyone. I'm hooked.
