Great workouts!! Love the instructors ... they push you more than you’d push yourself and you walk out feeling amazing.

I love Orange Theory because... when you leave each class you feel like you can conquer anything. I often joke that I 'survived another one' - not really a joke. It's a very empowering feeling (especially when you don't fall off the treadmill). The coaches are fun and the atmosphere in class is friendly.

Love Orangetheory and in particular I love OTF Addison! The staff here is so unbelievably nice. If you're looking into OTF I would highly recommend trying out a class. The combination of rowing, treadmills, and strength may not be everyone's cup of tea but it's an incredible workout and every day is different. I actually really hated running but because of OTF I've been able to improve my endurance and run for a lot longer than I thought I would. If you've just joined and you want even more OTF discussion, join the Fat Tuesday Fam group on facebook and also look up orangetheory on reddit! I feel like these help me stay motivated :)
