OTF is amazing!! Jaime and coach Tricia are wonderful! I am so glad I joined OTF. I’ve only been doing it one week and can already tell a difference. I would never push myself that hard on my own. It is SUCH a good experience each time I walk through those doors!!!! So excited about finding OTF!!!

What a cool concept! I love the high energy and the ability to track my heart rate. I really like the location challenges that keep me coming back in to hit goals - like the transformation challenge and marathon month.

This location has great coaches! Every single day is a different class so you never get bored and you're constantly pushing different parts of your body. I love that no cell phones are allowed, everyone's results are up on a main screen to keep you competitive, and each day I feel like I accomplished a new goal

I really liked the heart rate monitor and scoring system! I've always worked out at home and never at a gym so I wasn't expecting to want to come back. But the monitors/scoring, music and wonderful staff (Jaime, Melissa and others) made it really fun so I'll be back!

I recently joined the Orange Theory team and let me say, this is by far one of the coolest experiences and concept that incorporates your fitness goals and fun, that I have ever encountered. People often tend to find the bad in an experience and post publicly, rather than the good, which is disappointing for the public eye. Coming from the customer service industries, I understand the concept of genuinely authentic customer service. I cant think of a better suited Manager than Stephanie to run a studio so extensive- props to you for doing such an excellent job! Followed by her great team- Lyric is also very helpful and radiates with positivity. If you get the opportunity, definitely try to get into one of Melissa's classes- she's very motivating and informative! Keep up the great work!

Love this place! Great supportive staff and trainers. I've been working out heavy weights for years, but needed to shed a little around the middle. My wife joined and I decided to make it a couple's thing. Best decision! She's feeling great and looking better, my typical gym routines are experiencing gains (recovery) and my endurance is up. Tricia, Chuk, and the rest of the gang are awesome! Note: I push HEAVY iron - it's not as easy as you think. lol. But worth it.

I love it so far! It’s so different than any membership I’ve had before. I’m appreciative of the coaches helping me adjust to and understand the importance of a workout that involves recovery intervals. I also love that every day is so different. Before this I had lost my passion for running, but I actually look forward to the intervals on the treads now! I finally feel like I’m getting the hang of controlling what zone I’m in 👍

Excellent! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The workout had good flow, great music and was TOUGH. I loved that each person could go at their own pace but still be part of the group and get a great workout. The heart rate monitor made me push myself harder than I would if something wasn't tracking my effort. Loved it!
