I work out regularly but I myself like most other people, find myself settling into the same workout routine that I usually do or am most “comfortable” with. A coworker shared her experiences with me in regard to being an “Orange Theory” member, for the last year and highly recommended I give it a try. Needless to say, I went in the next day for a free class and I am so thankful I did! Not only was the entire staff welcoming and the other members/participants were friendly. But the workout was challenging and still up my alley of what I normally do that I signed up that same day! If you’re considering going, DO IT! Don’t wait any longer, don’t feel as though you’ll be pressured into signing up. If nothing else go try a class, get a workout in that will take you out of your comfort zone (you may surprise yourself at how much you’re able to keep up), and experience the hype/community that is “Orange Theory”!

The best! Everyone is so nice and helpful. You really feel like you are getting personalized attention at a fraction of the price. Well worth it.

OrageTheory is a great HIIT Workout. The best thing of this workout is that you can adapt it to your own fitness level, from novice to advance. If you are into lifting, OTF is the best complement because it helps in achiving my cardio goals to boost my energy and reduce body fat. Without it, I would not be pushing myself as much as I do in class, no way!! I definitely recommend any class with Diana or Courtney. They both motivate you really well in the all-out's (definitely needed).

This place charges you an outrageous amount of money and then penalizes you even further If you’re late to a class. I pay $99 a month plus a $120 wrist band. I get held late at work sometimes so sometimes I have to late cancel. So they charge you $18 of a late fee PLUS you forfeit your class. This is not made clear when you sign up. You would think they’d be more flexible with this during a pandemic plus the fact we are paying almost $100 a month just to attend. The workouts are good but not for $100 for only 8 classes plus outrageous late fees! Plus one time I showed up 20 SECONDS late and they wouldn’t let me in. This place basically steals your money, what a scam. I’ll be going somewhere else where they actually value their customers.

I've been a member for about 4 years now. I'm pretty much addicted! I love the motivation and direction the coaches provide. I've learned a lot about different workouts for the different muscle groups and feel confident working out on my own as well.

Although I have always liked to work out and stay fit I found it increasingly difficult to remain consistent being a business owner and father. OTF is one of the first workouts that I have been consistent about in a long long time. The motivation and engagement with the coaches is exceptional. The Addison studio team is professional and personable.
