AVOID THIS LOCATION. THEY HAVE THERE OWN NON SENSE RIGID RULES. OTF IS SUPPOSED TO BE CORDIAL AND EXCITING TO EXCERCISE NOT AN INSTITUTION TO START CHARGING FOR NO REASON, SETTING WEIRD STUDIO BASED RULES AND THE WORST COACH AND INSTRUCTIONS EVER. THE COACH DOESNT EVEN COME TO CORRECT YOUR FORM IF YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG. UNFRIENDLY.The worst otf I have been too. I'm from Atlanta, went to Dallas for a visit and thought of exercising in the nearest otf ,which unfortunately was this. The coach didn't give clear instructions to my friend who was new to otf. The front desk girl was new and all alone, and incompetent to handle guests. She was too confused. The family is big and nice but coaches and staff makes an otf center a hit or miss. And they charged me for my friend although first class is free. All in all, avoid this otf.

I highly recommend this location. Not only is Nick a great coach, but Carissa is the sweetest front desk assistant there is! She never fails to greet everyone with a smile, and her bubbly personality is a joy before my workout!

The atmosphere, exercises and coaching really keep you going even through the intensity of it all. Great workout and Nick, the coach, was awesome!

I love Orange Theory! The energy is always good and the workouts change daily. I have had a hard time sticking with a workout program from getting bored with it. Orange Theory is far from boring! 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡 …

I really enjoyed coming here for awhile and the instructors are great! However, the management team is extremely rude, has no sense of urgency and isn’t accommodating. I ended my membership a few months ago for various reasons but then was mysteriously charged unexpectedly this month for $120. I haven’t renewed or anything like that. I called hoping it was a mistake they could easily reversed but was shrugged off since it was a Saturday and was told it would have to wait until the new week. For most people, that’s not an insufficient sum of money. I needed that for bills and my family. To be told there’s nothing we’ll do about it until next week when it’s their fault, is a reflection of what they actually care about. You might want to reconsider giving them your money, because that’s all they care about.

Love the OrangeTheory program overall. Been a member on again, off again since October 2019. Attended all studios in Dallas but mainly this location. The environment is not as friendly as it was prior to Covid but the coaches today do very well with managing the class workouts. Regardless if I take some time away from OT and join other workout programs, I see myself always coming back to Orange Theory.

I really enjoy Orange Theory but I do not think I’ll be back to this location. I’m also especially glad that this is not home studio. My wife and I showed up 15 minutes early for a 7:30 am class and were told there were no treadmills left together. We were given treadmills number 1 and 5 (number 2 is apparently broken). 4 minutes into class two guys show up and begin using treadmills 3 and 4. The woman working the front desk had reserved these treadmills for these two men. I was under the impression that all studios operated on a first come first serve basis with respect to the availability of equipment but apparently special privileges are given to certain members who know the workers at the front desk. My wife and I have been Orange Theory members for years and have never received such privileges (nor would we expect them). My issue with my experience was that the woman at the front desk lied to my face about which treadmills were available and that all members are not treated equally.

This is a nice location that I’ve been to while visiting the city. They have adequate process in place for visitors and I’d be happy to go again. The provided combination lockers are a great feature!

I cannot overstate how professional and considerate Mason is. I had a billing issue that he took care of immediately. He kept me up to date with his progress and was so understanding. 5 stars for Mason and the GM of this OTF location!!!
