I love Orange Theory! The coaches at this location are so motivating and keep the work outs do-able. There has never been a similar work out, or a work out where I didn't feel challenged. I'm in the Army, however, I can do the workout the same time as my mom! Though we do different levels, we both get an amazing work out and enjoy the time there. I always leave these work outs feeling so accomplished.

Very good environment, the coaches are great and do a good job motivating everyone during the workouts. The sessions are built to be difficult but doable. Having your stats on the monitors help to motivate to work harder. I like how integrated technology is in the whole process.

Fun, different every time, makes me want to challenge myself, immediate feedback via heart rate monitor tells me when my mind is getting in the way and when my mind actually knows that I should slow down:) Good staff, nice people, range of abilities and body types. I think you guys are great.

I love the diversity of the class formats. I will be approaching my 2nd yr anniv in Jan and can honestly say I have not had the same workout twice! Full body workout. Friendly staff. Great for weight loss and full body toning.

Of all the other HIIT/circuit training type studios in the area, I think OTF is hands-down the best. The coaches are all very attentive, making sure there is no confusion and actively correcting form issues or encouraging great work! There is no sense of being just thrown into a workout and having to piece it together yourself or having to rely on copying someone else in the class. When there's less time spent being confused, there's more time to sweat!The front desk is also always so kind and helpful, even when they get bombarded with people needing help with anything and everything. The facilities are always clean, there are showers, face towels are provided, they have convenient lockers... Everything I need!

This location is always busy for a reason. The coaches are great and the complimentary towels are a nice touch since I always forget to pack one. I appreciate that the coaches notice your hard work or struggle and keep you motivated, but not over the top to make it uncomfortable.

I have been getting ready for my wedding the past 4 months, the combo of a strong meal plan and OTF has gotten me results that I never thought I’d reach by the day I say I do! The coaches are so nice and welcoming as well as the ladies & gents manning the front desk. I love the community and challenging work outs! Definitely recommend
