Workouts are phenomenal. Sam (instructor) was so welcoming and encouraging but the front desk needs a little help on customer service. If you need anything they act as if you're ignorant and are a bother. I drive 7 miles out of my way just because another location makes me feel much more welcomed.

The classes are always challenging and signing up for classes holds you accountable for showing up. The heads up monitor tracks your results and helps you push yourself and get the most out of your workout. Instructors are knowledgeable and encourage you to work hard, but stay safe by showing proper body mechanics. Front desk is always helpful and friendly at the Preston Hollow location. Thanks for helping me be get in the best shape of my life!

This gym changed my life! I started going 6 days/week in November of 2015 and have lost 50 lbs in the past year with the support of the trainers and staff here. Ray & Patrice are great trainers (both my two favorites here), incredibly invested in the success of their members and always willing to offer nutritional and other advice in addition to the great motivation they provide while training. It's an incredible workout for your entire body, and every single day it's a different routine so you don't get bored. I'm grateful for this place and plan to be a member for the foreseeable future--it's worth the money!

I actually go and enjoy this workout! I love the structure and that you can move at your own pace. The trainers are all helpful and you aren't intimidated by them. They push you and are very encouraging. The scheduling of classes also helps hold you accountable for going to your class. I have gone down 2 dress sizes and one pant size after doing the workout for 2 months (4 to 6 days a week and have decreased my overall carb and fat intake). I am happier, healthier, sleeping better, and have much more energy!

Staff and instructors are fantastic. They make you feel you belong there and really care about your well-being. It might be difficult to book a class around the desired time due to high demand of the studio. Nevertheless, i highly recommend it.

Finally! A workout that is tailored specifically to your abilities, no matter your level of fitness, age, or knowledge. The group boot camp setting is ideal for motivation and energy, yet the ability to individually monitor your own progress makes it a perfect combination for anyone wanting to get or stay healthy, lose weight or maintain, or just feel better. Coaches are fantastic and I've never done the same workout so they're always changing it up to keep it interesting (and effective). Their use of High Intensity Interval Training, plus free weights and other proven fitness models ensures results!
