Planet Fitness

Staffa are friendly, but not enough knowldge for applying the memebrships. A couple of machines are always not functioning. Many memebrs in this location, so always busy. If you are the member here, I recommend go to another location.

The equipment has become very run down. Several machines are broken, and they are not replacing any of it. They also respond to your comments telling you to bring it to the attention of the people at the gym. That's basically them saying yeah that's not our problem. A very low-quality gym now. Sad to see because it used to be nice.

Tiny Planet Fitness I've ever seen. Equipment permanently under repair. Cleanliness is far below average. Not sure how this is a Planet Fitness, it's like 1/4 the size of a normal Planet Fitness with all of the oldest, run down equipment, and no where (literally) on the entire floor to go where you can have a little space from others.

Friendly staff but very small space and limited equipment options. A significant amount of cardio equipment is constantly out of order, and unless you come at obscure times, you’ll often be waiting 20+ minutes on one piece of equipment. Not a lot of free space for floor work/free weight work - you’re basically gonna work out right on top of everyone else but for $10/month, can’t complain too much.

Excellent service, we got there 10 mins early - we had reservations- and got seated right away, no problem.Throughout our whole meal, service was OUTSTANDING and the meats mouth watering. I fell in love with the lamb chops!!Will definitely go back again and again...♥️♥️♥️♥️

I got to say this planet is nowhere on the level as others I have been too. I went to my main gym that’s 10 minutes from this one and loved it, it was so much better. This one is not that clean, shower handles were broken or loose, shower hooks broken off, benches torn, lockers old and cheap and smaller. And floor was so sticky in locker rooms. Also in the actual gym area, a lot less equipment. It’s below an apartment complex so parking is limited too. I got the black card so wanted to try this location out but won’t be back, will continue to go to my main one and others but this one needs a lot of work.

Great gym. Friendly staff and clean gym. It’s kinda hidden in between the apartment/ garage complex. It is a bit small since it’s in an apartment complex, so I can imagine it being pack during the day. However, it’s super calm late hours. I had a million questions since I burly signed up for the PF black card membership, and Vicky was able to help me. She didn’t get frustrated or annoyed with my questions. And if she did, she didn’t show it lol. Really recommend asking for her if you have questions or need help with your account. This wasn’t my home gym, be she made sure to help me more than my home gym. Will be working out here again for sure 👌🏼😁

I could write a list of 1000 things this planet fitness needs to address but their main concern is the cup of coffee that I have had in my hand nearly every time I’ve ever worked out here! So glad it’s only 50 other gyms I can go to that actually have up to date workout equipment but I choose this one as it sits next to my company!!!!

15 hour drive to Texas and the first thing I do is workout. Of course it's my gym day, only a few hours behind. Still made it "Dedication"

Find another gym!I wanted to like this planet fitness but really I couldn't even bring myself to go there. The bathrooms were filthy on many occasions and two times when I was there, there was a man walking around harassing women and talking to himself. I felt unsafe. My husband said there was pee on the bathroom floor in the men's room every time he was there. He eventually just stopped using the bathroom.Beyond that, the staff will purposefully mislead you regarding your bill. My husband wanted to downgrade his membership since we weren't using all of the perks. They basically told him it would cost him more to downgrade, because he would be paying fees. But the employee left him know that he can cancel, downgrade, whatever he wants, after our year long contract was up after May. Well, they purposely didn't let us know that right when that contract is up, we will each be charged a yearly fee that is "non-refundable" because we "agreed to it on your contract." OH - you can only cancel in person, and we were out of town for the MDW holiday and returned the day after they charged us, and we called them to cancel. Of course they wouldn't accept that and we had to go in person. If we had just canceled when we wanted to, paid the fee, we would have saved every monthly payment we paid plus $84.44 in fees. The employee let us know we could contact a manager to dispute paying the yearly fee (since we did, in fact, cancel just days after our contract ended) and we NEVER heard back from anyone. Very frustrating, misleading experience.
