This gym is on a steady fall. I have been a member here about 3 months now and the things that were broken day 1 are still broken! 1/4 stair masters works. Most the treadmills are starting to skip. 1/4 mens showers not working just dripping water. Notified front desk 2 weeks ago no response. There is always 2 people at the front desk but only thing ever see get done is changing out the spray bottles. Please MAINTAIN the gym.

I like this location. The kids are respectful at the desk and very nice to work with. Today the guy was especially a blessing to me. Was around 2pm Sunday 30 October. Idk of his name, but he made me smile. Great customer service

Nice staff, clean facilities, it would be almost perfect if the place had a few fans in there. I don't understand how you can have a gym without moving air circulation, because those air conditioning Vince are only keeping things cool up in the air and not helping anybody on the ground.Planet fitness, can you please look into some fans mounted in the corners or up top? I sweat pretty much the moment I get on a machine compared to anywhere else I've worked out before.

10/29/22 Update: Great place to workout. Management is responsive to feedback and staff is super friendly. I like how clean everything is and sanitizing stations always full. Thank you!10/18/22 Update: The staff is still friendly and welcoming. Yes, the gym still gets busy, but not an as big of an issue as having 3 of 4 stair machines consistently broken ever since you've been a member. I joined to get access to these machines and its always a hassle to be in line for someone every single time. Please repair or replace them! Three stars till then. Sorry.Original review: Recently been visiting this location. Staff is always friendly. I think the only issue is that it gets really packed here. No free space area and you have to wait for machines to open up sometimes. Overall, it gets the job done.

Pros:-less busy than other locations I’ve been to-Friendly staff that are great at greeting and cleaning the areasCons:-About half the size of the Plano location-I don’t ever use gym showers, but old, janky broken benches in the shower area-The knob you pull (to adjust the height) on all but one or two of the cable machines is missing. (Just the small metal peg that’s underneath the knob remains, making it more difficult to adjust)

terrible. have been trying to cancel my membership while the covid 19 outbreaks is ongoing but keep getting ignored. [UPDATE] was told to pause it and it would run out by February, but have still been charged. Be very careful.

The staff will make your life as difficult as possible when it comes canceling your subscription. I have been a member of many many gyms, but this is just absurd. Plan on a bit of a back and forth when you leave.

The location is convenient but does not compare to other PF where they make you feel welcome. Managment is rude which I could care less, but I will leave my review as rightful customer that I am because they don't hesitate to take my money every month.

It frustrates me to no end how inconsistent the workout facilities are at planet fitness this is my 3rd or 4th transfer within the state of TX from San Antonio to Austin and 3 locations within the DFW area within the last 8 to 10 years and its always a gamble. Some locations have half basic gym equipment missing while others have a quarter of basic gym equipment missing and maybe one I have been to is an actual fully equipped gym. I guess that's why it's 10 dollars a month. Get all your gym locations fully equipped just use the money from your free pizza 🍕 promos that are contradictory to anything gyms stand for or helping anyone going to the gym in the first place and invest it in fully stocking your equipment.

Dallas who works at the Dallas location off of Alpha Road was SO helpful and nice! She went over and beyond with her customer service when welcoming me to that location and especially when showing me their tanning area. Keep up the great work! 🤗🙌🏼 …
