All this gym cares about is your membership fees, and they will go out of their way to get them from you. I canceled my membership here, and many months later I get a collection call from them, because my credit card had expired. I informed them that I quit a long time ago, but they insisted that their records didn't reflect this. They asked me if I "kept the piece of paper" that verified my membership cancellation. Once they knew I didn't have that, they quickly descended to being rude and demanding toward me.They claimed I owed them several months worth of fees. I told them that I never went to the gym since I quit, and that I thought paying fees 1) After canceling service and 2) To maintain facilities I clearly was not using, was ridiculous. I told them to update their records, and they said they refuse to cancel my membership until I paid for all the months when I never used the gym. I caved, unfortunately, because they were holding my credit against me.Be warned.

when i joined in Feb it was great, loved the gym, staff, just a good experince. Then I had to move so the westmoreland location was closer. I have been there three times, not once have i felt welcomed or comfortable. I spoke with the asst. manager Yoland, she was not only offensive but rude. Telling me it was too much to ask for her to assist a customer with new membership and set the tanning bed for me. I have a blackcard which is to be the best..... well it lacks alot. if a company cant man the members they have now, they shouldnt be trying to gain more, does that even make sense?
