I write 5 stars. Coz i think its nice cool place to work out. Then i came with a pants look like a jeans. The stuff throw me out. I updated my review to 1 star. But the owner is not guilty, so eventually i gave 5. Coz i think its a nice company with a nice place.

When the pandemic started I told them to cancel the membership. I have pre existing respiratory issues and have had car issues so I could not come I was assured that they would cancel the membership. 3 months later I was charged a renewal. I called again and said have the manager which never seems to be there to call me back. Never got a phone call then they try to charge me for a monthly membership fee. I put a stop payment I am blocked planet fitness for my checking account. Then they decided to put their name in differently and pull the money out anyway. They’re liars cheaters and do not trust this location with your account information. Because I have had $300 plus taken out of my account now that I feel is unit authorized.

The staff is only allowed to stream Fox News- no other news network. Come on owner. 2020 was last year.Manager said corporate will not allow her to reduce the volume of the extremely loud music. The club had less than ten people working out. Everyone wearing headphones.Corporate... Please loosen your grip and allow managers to make decisions that better the club. Also be aware of the membership charges. I received a late fee when I joined online. It was later removed because it wasn't late. Then I was charged for two months. I think it's all figured out.Otherwise, the staff is great, club is very clean, and the 24-hours hours is easy lured me in. I would have left five stars had someone said, "let me see what I can do about the volume level ". Seriously... That's all it would take.Manager,Will you please put on another news channel than Fox? You have three tv’s playing Fox News. Can you even it up a bit and add another news network in addition to Fox? Thanks

The staff tonight was completely lazy, unhelpful and very unprofessional. Usually, they have a good staff but this new crew is no good. I will definetly be canceling my membership at this location.

Masks are not being enforced. There were many people walking around, breathing heavily, with no facemasks on. The lady at the front desk was very kind and happy to cancel my membership instead of enforcing facemasks. I may renew if the pandemic gets under control, but places like this one are not helping in bringing the pandemic under control.

Started here in January. There are not enough showers, so there are often people waiting in line, and I'm an early bird (start working out at 5:45 am). I've been telling them for almost 2 weeks that there is a clogged shower, and no one has done anything (it also flooded into the overflow drain this morning). I've reported that a treadmill was off balance twice, and it's still not fixed, either. There's too many people for the size of the location -- it really needs some upgrades.

I used to frequent this gym 5 times a week prior to COVID-19 hitting. However after a few months and the citywide mandate to wear masks indoors at all times gave me a feeling of security. However when I finally decided to return I was shocked at the lack of enforcement of masks has left me disappointed with Planet Fitness’ commitment to it’s client’s safety. I probably wont be coming back until things change.

PF sent out a email stating that masks were mandated. All must wear masks while working out.Went in to the gym last week. There were maybe 10 members working out.Atleast half of the mebers had their masks off their mouths and noses.I asked the employee behind the desk about this.He stated that those doing cardio can remove their masks.I walked out.Shame on PF.

Would have been fine if I wasn’t told I could “cancel anytime” over and over again when joining. When I joined the girl at the front desk didn’t outright explain to me that I had to cancel by the 25th to not get charged the annual fee. I wasn’t shown or given anything in writing except the terms and agreements that you sign on the pin pad. Sure, the tiny fine print is on the pin pad but if you want better reviews, get your front desk employees to actually explain That “canceling anytime” comes with fees and stipulations.

The lighting is good and it's always clean and it deserves a 5 stars from me, as someone who goes 5 times a week and it just looks just good and so modern inside.
