I like this gym because they have the minimum equipment available, two weight lifting rooms. However oh. my. god. The changing room is a literal risk and injury hazard. Floors are extraordinarily wet, cramped. There is no where you can change.

I wish I could give this place a zero star. The only award this gym wins is "The Worst 24 Hour Fitness" ever. The bathroom and gym are beyond disgusting. Treadmills are old and always broken. You can sense the smell of urine/bleach the moment you walk in. Weight room equipments need to be replaced. I wish they would care about the members there more.

I have been a lifetime 24 Hour Fitness member since 2010. Been to many locations in my lifetime. This location is probably the worst I've been to because of:Poor layoutSmells terrible downstairsWeights are all over the placeMembers in the weight rooms can be annoying (loud grunting, slamming weights, singing out loud and knowing they're being loud)I'll give it a little extra because:Staff is friendly and laid backThey have kettle bellsBasketball courtTo sum up: this location badly needs a renovation

A small and very old gym filled with a crowd. Entrance at the 2nd floor. After workout, when you want to have a shower, you have to go downstairs to the ground floor and then go upstairs to exit the gym and downstairs again to your car. Evidently a poor design of the facility layout. I don't know why this place is so popular, and therefore parking can be difficult. Also I was told car break-in frequently happens here. I try to avoid this location if possible.

First time and last time at this gym. I don't know what was worse between the horrible layout, the musky smell on the bottom floor (locker rooms, pool, weight room, and basketball court), or the men's locker room. The locker rooms seem to be more of a safe haven for homeless/transient people than people actually working out.

This gym is a bit run down and needs a major renovation. There are two levels here and the second floor is where you find the entrance, which is unlike your typical 24HR Fitness. The machines are also very old and there are not enough of them during peak hours. There used to be ONE abdominal machine in the whole gym that was semi functional. Now it is gone. I guess it finally broke so there's no ab machine in the whole gym which is ridiculous and everybody knows how important their abs are. I mentioned that there are two floors in the whole gym. It sounds big but in reality the work out area is really small.Let's see the Nautilus machines occupy just a small area in the front and this is where most people work out. It is extremely crowded during peak hours and needs to be expanded. There's a big basketball court that not everybody, especially females, use all the time. I think it could be use for additional purposes. The racquetball room seems to be underutilized as well. Lights are always off when I walk by.The free weight room seems to be the second busiest place but they could allocate a few Nautilus machines here to ease congestion upstairs. In my honest opinion they can reduce the size of that big swimming pool. Hardly anyone swims in the cold, foggy weather of Daly City even though it's an indoor pool.I don't know who designed the locker rooms but I wouldn't ask this person to design another gym. Why? There are just two urinals and sitting toilets for the whole building of thousands of members. What were they thinking? The locker room area is always filthy and stinks badly. Recently, they hired a good janitor that cleans the area well. But it gets dirty right away the minute he's done cleaning. The members themselves are not very keen on keeping their own gym clean. Many are grown adults who should know better. The shower area? Just way too cramp and not enough shower heads. You can reach out and touch each otherLike I wrote earlier, this place needs a major renovation. It really reflects bad on this chain when you see other much nicer 24 HR Fitness than this one.

It's bad ass. I mean it's 24 hour fitness, come on. They're all good. I've been all over the US and Hawai'i. They're all good.

I'm traveling and I wanted to get a lift in while in SF, this was the oldest, smelliest, and weirdest gym I've ever been too! Worth driving to a different location

The bathrooms are clean. The showers are really nice. So much better then the Potrero location
