The construction is almost done which is making the experience better every time I visit this gym. But, the dirty showers in the ladies locker room need more attention! The Black card room is nice.

I can see why this place is being renovated. Seriously outdated, the franchise is prolly requiring them to.This location is super busy, even at the "slow" times of day when other PF locations are dead. The parking is horrendous, would not recommend coming here with anything bigger than an SUV.Showers smell moldy, but they're spacious, have great water pressure, and plenty of hot water.

I used to go to the 24hrs fitness in Daly City, by now I LOVE planet Fitness millions times better. Good price (I have the black card for $21.99, which I can always bring a guest in and I have access to everything, very friendly staff, very clean environment and plenty of variety equipments for your workouts. I’m loving it in my second week!

Parking lot is horrendous. Thankfully, they have a guard trying to keep some sensibility there. Pretty good use of such a small space, except for the stretching area which has basically no equipment and only a few old worn out stretching mats. Seems that they don't have air conditioning as it was oppressively hot in there today.I've been to PF all over the country traveling for work. This place is about average to slightly below average.

I usually get up early on weekends to go to the gym, and was a little surprised that it did not open until 7 a.m. on weekends. The parking was not bad, but most people would not notice that there is a parking garage that belongs to them right around the side with additional parking if the front parking lot gets full. The locker room was undergoing renovation at the time, but I was pleased at how they have dispensers full of body wash already in the Stalls

Cheap membership but most of the front desk staff are super rude never smile. Never engage with customers or even say hi or goodbye. They seem unhappy with their job. Nice remodel but showers aren't thoroughly cleaned, walls full of hair. I've left the gym a few times because of these issues. Machines need to be thoroughly cleaned and some need repairs. Hope these issues are addressed soon.

It's not bad. I like multiple sections. Not a big fan of air freshener/cleaning liquid scent everywhere.

Worse PF I've ever been in. Parking is horrible! Gym and bathroom areas are extremely dated and in need of renovation. I've been to PFs that were renovated prior and were in much MUCH better shape than this one. This location gives PF a horrible name. Plus I popped my tire on a broken curb stop. The metal rod punctured the tire. Horrible experience!!!!

Pros:-Great communal environment.-Staff is super friendly and helpful.-Everyone is usually good at cleaning the equipment when they're done.-Great starter gym.Areas Of Opportunity:-The locker room and shower area are long over due for some TLC and a good reno.-Parking can be tough during peak hours but there's not really much they can do about that.Great Things Coming:I noticed that they've started those much needed renovations in the locker rooms and bathroom. Based on what I've seen, this should put them on par, if not ahead of all the other PF clubs I've visited with similar set ups. Hoping that new equipment is rolling out as well.I've made great progress in my fitness journey at Planet. They have pretty much all the equipment I need (ooooo....they should get ropes!!) and all members are pretty respectful of your workout space. I even had one guy put more weights on my bar between sets as motivation. Had to take it easy after a recent car accident but the new renovations under way have me pumped for a strong return.Thanks PF!P.S. Thanks for adding more staff dedicated to making sure that the locker rooms stay clean, check ins go smoother, and overall quality of the club increases. It would be 5 stars but I saw the locker room. Disgusting place and not like we haven't cleaned all day, like we haven't cleaned in a month. And mr owner don't tell me to go talk to your management about it. Is that not their whole job. Walk in the bathroom, it's filthy clean it up. Also if you can read the 1 in 5 reviewers here saying your bathroom is filthy, maybe you should tell them.... instead of responding to us. If they regularly aren't cleaning the bathroom, they ain't gonna do it cus I asked.Also if you don't already know planet fitness the chain has a very sketchy canceling of the membership. Do your best to pay in advance its worth it. If you do cancel I would suggest going back everyday to check to see if you membership is still active.
