Today I went to the Daly city planet fitness to do my work out. I have been a member of LA fitness, however there is no locations in this area. At LA fitness they would always have a table set out where you can take your own spray bottle of disinfectant to clean machines. Here, it appears you have to spray it in a rag use machine go back and spray again to wipe down the machine for somebody else. I’m all for cleanliness. It was out of habit that I took the spray bottle. The representative was unprofessional and knows nothing about customer service. When a customer is talking to you no matter if they think you are right or wrong and he could have been professional and said, instead of you know the policy he walked away as to say he has the last word so he could get back to his cell phone. PF should teach there employees about customer service. You don’t just walk away when a customer is talking to you. If he was wise, he would had listened to what I was going to suggest. If you’re going to hire people teach them about customer service and proper etiquette when you are talking to customers. Bottom line is, I would never come back to this club because of the one employee.I’d rather give good ratings than low. Appreciate the Manager responding. However, it’s too late, and help mentor your staff. Thank you!

I just joined and have to say, my impression here was sub-par compared to other planet fitness locations I have been to. The staff members were super friendly and helpful. The location just seemed like it needed some TLC - minor details like broken towel dispensers, broken hand grips on the machines, no soap in the showers, etc. It felt like some key machines were missing and the layout seemed odd. There wasn't really a good stretching area. The location overall just feels like it could use a face lift. I just signed up for a membership and my experience here made me wonder if I made the right decision.

Decent sized gym, staff seeme kind, got a 100% free 30-day "Black Card" membership for being new member. Facility wasn't very clean tho despite all the workers walking around with cleaning supplies.

I went to the gym today and their computer system was down. Everybody was told to sign in on paper. To my surprise they only had 1 pen for everybody to sign in with. Very unprofessional considering how strict things are suppose to be during COVID-19. They also selectively pick and choose who to tell to wear their masks correctly. Management should really be on top of this.

As a current Black Card Member I have to say that Planet Fitness is one of the best gyms I've been to hands down! Not only do they have a great facility but, their app also has cool workouts you can follow and allows you to track your progress. My favorite post workout activities are their massage chair and hydro massage!

Recently remodeled and looking quite beautiful. It’s always super busy but for the machines available and the location, this is the perfect gym. It’s literally right next to the freeway entrance. The managers and staff are always extremely friendly!

I went here on Tuesday night. It's good that they have rearranged the machines to make more space for social distancing. However, >70% of people in the gym didn't not wear masks! The staff were all wearing masks but it seems they don't have masking wearing policies for members or they don't enforce it. It's quite sad and disturbing that people don't take COVID seriously.

This place is a joke! Managers never around, always get told to email the manager for information and help. I've been getting over charged and right now they charged my account during the pandemic. Took me a while to cancel and when I Finally did they still charge me and wouldn't give me a refund. All they offering is a free month at their gym. Its not free if its already been paid for. Can't contact corporate, manager never around to talk to in person or over the phone and emails back n forth are a joke!. Don't recommend this place at all. Stay away!

Gym looks great after remodel and staff is nice. Unfortunately, management doesn’t want to step up to the plate to replace missing or stolen equipment. My first day I used the Ab Wheel in the core workout area and it worked great, ever since then, it is no where to be found. I reached to out to management multiple times and they have decided to not replace the missing Ab Wheel. Just plain lazy. It cost me $25 to get my own on Amazon. Thanks for nothing!

Terrible gym. I don't recommend it to anybody. The gym is packed with treadmills but missing enough supply of weights and equipment. It's poorly designed. The machines are always occupied and you need to wait, which ruins your workout.UPDATE: I canceled my membership last week because of Kassie (the assisting manager). She interrupted my workout to insult me and order me out of the gym as if she owns it! She even called the cops on me! Yes, in this gym, employees call the cops on the gym's members! I'm not returning to this gym under no circumstance. Shame on the gym's owners for sheltering such a nasty employee.
