Planet fitness is awesome. Good friendly staff. No one bothers you when you're working out. I gave it 3 stars because of the parking. The company that manages the parking has no affiliation with planet fitness but it is because of them and their restrictions that I am considering cancelling my membership to go someplace else that is parking friendly. This location, the company that manages the parking restricts you to 2 hours and my workout is 3 hours long. I don't know how much the citations are but they do give out citations if you go beyond the 2 hours. The last time I was there I had to cut my workout down by 33% and just did not get the benefit or the results that I was looking or hoping for and if this is going to be the continuing trend then this facility is not going to work out for me.

The place is open but closed. This gym has gone down hill. The hours when it open back up did not run the full 24. The gym does look open but only to a handful. I can see people inside today working out. 12/1/2020 the TVs are all playing and the light a mostly on.

So good to be back at a home gym! Got here 7:30am, first day opening. A handful of people in this early and yes,wearing masks- keeping their distance and working out hard. Greeted by staff encouraging wiping down of machines BEFORE AND AFTER USE! Thank you!! Staffer ANTONIO was so helpful with moving two machines that would cause injury if used( too close to the gate/ wall)one SUGGESTION-Consider placing 2 small tables with sanitizer and paper towels by the hydro massage areas. One by bed1 and by bed 6- this would encourage good hygiene.

The gym is clean. It's full after work but if you wait another hour or go an hour earlier before 5pm it won't be as crowded. The running machines are working almost all the time. There's an area for free weights and weight machines.

You get what you pay for. If you need a full workout then this isn't the place. You wait all day for a machine since the for is so small and if you spend more than 2 hours in the gym you get a ticket from the parking lot staff. Ridiculous. And on a separate occasion, my fiance used my car to go to the gym after I had already been to the gym and left earlier that morning, he got a parking ticket for using the same car that I used. Makes no sense

I wish they had a few more locations across the SF area. An option for daycare would have been nice as well. If they had these options we would have possibly stayed at a different location. The location we did go to though was not the cleanest and smelled like a locker room unfortunately.

Planet Fitness is a delicious gym, a new experience is taking shape, excellent decor serene and comfortable colors, excellent staff, knowledgeable courteous and good looking. I joined a couple of weeks ago, its awesome. Big thanks to management, designers and construction company and workers.

This place is under a ton of construction. Handrails next to the stairs at the entrance we’re not bolted into the ground, drywall dust all over the ground - the whole place was in disarray and felt unfinished and unsanitary. The showers in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms were taped off and non functioning. We drove from 30 minutes away for workouts and showers while on a road trip and were very disappointed to not even be able to use the bathrooms because they were so disgusting. Thankfully they did have onsite parking so thumbs up for that.

Thought I would share my experience at Planet Fitness! Met Dave the parking attendant, yes they have a parking attendant here as spaces are very limited! Yesterday he had put a note on my van stating that I had parked in two spaces although they were not delineated very well and he made sure to write that on the note. So I understood. After reading the note I moved the van. I then went and found him, talked to him and he said I was okay. I went inside and they gave me a sticker to put in my window, a Planet Fitness sticker. Parking is a hot commodity at this particular location.Today when I came back they are paving the parking lot so there are even less spots. There's probably about 1/3 the spots. So I'm driving around the building and actually drive around twice and then I see Dave! I drive up to him I said hey brother, because I didn't know his name yet. He found me a spot to park the van..! He actually guided me in backwards to be able to fit in the spot. I wouldn't have made it without him! I then thank him again after getting my gym gear. He then introduced himself to me as Dave. We had been calling each other brother before... A+ experience

The staff is unbearable. Once I dropped my phone and the staff, skinny tom boy girl, laughed at me. Once I came in and the guy staff with the glasses and curly hair made fun of my height. And lastly to top it off they ripped me off over $60. They double charged me $39 and never refunded one of the $39 dollars and kept hanging up on me (corporate) and they deactivated my membership because I was frustrated with them and never reimbursed me the $21 dollars of last month like the manager of this place said she would. Her name is Cristina and she is useless. The sinks are always broken. The shower curtains are discusting. Never go to this place ever!
