Kickaro's Martial Arts & Fitness - Danbury - Kids LOVE Karate

Kickaros is the best!!!!!! My Juju bean started Kickaros when he was 3 yrs old, and absolutely loved it. It centered him and helped him tremendously with following directions. My oldest daughter (Maddie) did not want to try karate, but after seeing how much her younger brother loves it, she too decided to join. She absolutely loves it!!! Mr. Michael and Ms. Chris are amazing with the children and are extremely patient.Thank you guys!!!

my 4 y/o hasn’t done much of anything since covid began but entering karate has been the best decision! we were hesitant due to covid but Mike has been beyond accommodating and always doing everything to make us feel comfortable & welcome. the facility is big & super clean and i’m so happy that my mask-wearing kiddo feels safe & he’s learned so much in such a short time so far. i’m very impressed with Mike’s thoughtfulness regarding our feelings with covid precautions, i’m so glad we could make this possible for my son! mike is friendly & approachable to my shy kiddo & i’m incredibly thankful to have my son belong somewhere that is so considerate, welcoming & fun!! he has the best time! there’s many other places closer in location to us that i could have taken my son for classes but i’m so happy with our decision to go to Kickaro's!

My daughter Valentina absolutely loves here. They really care about their students and want them to learn. Best teaching staff, Ever! They take pride in teaching the children, with patience and motivation! Mr. Michael thank you for everything! If you want your little ones to learn martial arts, send them here! You won't regret it!

Just came back to Kickaro's Martial Arts for my two little ones. My son was a member here in Kindergarten and this was such a benefit for him in so many ways. Mr Michael has an amazing story and a tremendous gift with kids. His enthusiasm and support is contagious and my kids are so much better for it. Now my little girl has joined her brother as we resume these classes and they are both on fire to be there. If you are looking for something that is positive and supportive that will increase your child's belief in themselves, you should come check this out.

I’ve been going to karate since I was in third grade, and here I am now in 10th grade, still learning new things in Kickaro’s each and every day I’m able to be there. I have loved every second of it. I started in the youngest class, and moved up each class to eventually be with the big kids. Mr. Michael put me in each class when I was ready, and he helped me out whenever I struggled. I never did sports except for karate up until high school, and karate made me so much stronger than what I would’ve been without it. Mr. Michael always motivates me to do my best and I am forever grateful. He is always kind and thoughtful to everyone. If I’m ever having a bad day, I can always go to karate and instantly smile, as everyone there is so supportive and great. I now am an assistant for the younger classes, which is very fun and my favorite part of the day, and I am still on the path for the black belt this year. Anyone reading this review should definitely come to Kickaro’s as it changed my life positively and shaped me to be the person I am today. Thank you Mr. Michael, and thank you Kickaro’s.

Kickaro's is the absolute best. I would recommend them without hesitation and have done so time and time again. Never disappointed. Great with improving focus for children in a safe and age appropriate manner. Id give 6 stars if i could.

My 4 year old has been homeschooled during the pandemic and we finally felt comfortable signing him up for an activity and we couldn't be happier with Kickaro's. It's socially distanced, clean and most importantly my little guy comes out of each class with the biggest smile on his face!

Mike and Chris are both amazing. The space is clean and Covid friendly. Social distancing is not an issue because it is so large.Mike is an amazing mentor, role model and teacher. He is patient, kind, and fair. We are so happy we chose Kickaros for our daughter.

Kickaros is amazing! Our son started at a kickaros about a month ago. We could not be happier!! He is being taught discipline, respect and hard work. The staff could not be nicer, the environment is extremely clean and it has been a wonderful experience. Our sons confidence has sky rocketed because of this experience. We could not say enough about how happy we are to be a part of this great program. The pricing is fair and you get so much with this program, more than other local tae kwando studios I have found. It's a perfect fit.

My son loves coming to his classes at this place. It felt right from the beginning. This place is clean and spacious. Everyone who is running this place is nice. It's a great fit for my son who is really not athletic but now he gets his exercises, finds this place a lot of fun and learning moves which makes him more confident about himself. I am glad I signed him up. I highly recommend this place.
