So today i came here in a crop top and some sweat pants an older man in a black shirt who im asuming is some kind of manager came up to me and told me that i wasnt wearing enough and that sports bras are not aloud, once again im wearing a crop top not a sports bra i kindly told him that im sorry and that my home planet fitness in Cincinnati has never commented on the way i dressand i wear the same things there he proceeded to tell me in a very rude manner that if thats the case that it looks bad on my and on them. To say the least I will not be back to this location again.

Not the biggest planet fitness I've been to. No stair climbers, only one hydrobed and two massage chairs. It's mostly just treadmills and elliptical machines. If you want just cardio then it's great for that. Otherwise it can be hard to get a decent workout in.

I can’t say enough good things about this location. Because my gym hours are typically after midnight, I wanted to find a gym where I felt safe and comfortable. Todd is always friendly and has a smile on his face when I walk in. Although he’s usually walking around, cleaning keeping the place awesome, he always had time to help if I needed it. He is always situationally aware of what other people are doing around him and has always made sure I felt safe primarily when leaving or arriving! Awesome Place to be!

The location in Centerville, OH needs to catch up to the field. Every other planet fitness, which is many, has this one beat hands down. Turn over of staff is crazy fast and they don't teach new employees how to run the equipment. Zero new equipment in the past 2 plus years. I donated 3 resistance bands to the gym because they didn't have any and they took them away. They said they weren't code. They need some rowing machines, step machines, and heavier medicine balls. Slam balls would be nice as well. Advice? Push the limits. Make this location a place people want to come, instead of Wilmington pike location. I drive past centerville location to go to Wilmington pike location. An extra 10 minutes just to not go to centerville. They let the equipment break down so far before ordering a new part, then it's down for an really long time.

I have sent them two letters asking them to cancel they won't they still charge my card plant fitness gyms are simply thieves. Stop charging my card a year after I canceled.

Exactly what I've been looking for. Came from the YMCA, where I was paying more than twice the monthly fee, simply for basic cardio/weight equipment. PF has all the equipment I need, without an exorbitant fee for things I don't. Only thing I might say was that I noticed one particular machine was out of service for about a week. I don't need the tanning beds, massage chairs, or any extras, and the basic membership definitely fits the bill.

I like this gym because it seems slightly bigger than the one I go to in Huber and more ventilation, but that's it. The locker room and showers look like prison cells, and don't get me started on the people who don't clean the machines after using them. Gross.

The gym is great but don't go there because it's unsafe. Thieves busted my car window and stole my belongings in dead of winter even taking my rear view mirror. Cops said they do this all the time. It's a scary place until they catch them especially if u are an unsuspecting female. Be safe!!!!!

Definitely below par for a PF. I travel for work and have been to quite a few, and this was easily the worst. Mold on the shower curtain and a floor drain that didn't even attach to the floor - with very sharp corners. Dirty bathrooms. Dirty equipment. Hydro massage stopped suddenly in mid-cycle. I didn't have any employee issues tho, which is what avoided the 1 star rating.

I've been a member at Centerville location for several years now since shortly after it opened. Great when it first opened but in my opinion has gone down hill. Not uncommon to see mold in the showers. Equipment repairs take too long leaving equipment out of service for weeks. Membership fees are paid to have ALL equipment available. When a pad is wearing out, order a new one to replace without taking out of service. That's the price for operating a business. Hours are good with exception around the holidays. For example, today closing at noon. Tomorrow's the holiday, not today. Going elsewhere when membership is up.
