If you have an issue with this gym, pay more, for better gym. $10 a month gets me more than I need. Lower your expectations.

Two showers have been out of order for over a week which tells me they don't care about fixing them. Also I pay for black card and would like to utilize the benefits of it however there is not anyone at the front desk to turn them on. I can not tell you how long I waited. I go in the morning before work. I have plenty of time but not to wait around to use my benefits or take a shower.

Good clean gym. Staff are attentive to ensuring paper towels and sanitizer are full.

Very dirty, lots of broken machines that have been broken for many months of not years, super crowded, wouldn't recommend to anyone

The gym is dirty. The bathrooms are dirty. Equipment is always broken. Go to the PF on Wilmington Pike instead.

It was nicer and more user friendly than I expected after reading some “ negative” reviews. For what they charge, I’m not sure you can go wrong here. It’s a nice place to work out. That’s it!

This place was very clean!!! Employee's were sharp looking(well dressed & groomed).I got there at 5am so it was not crowded at all.

Probably the worst maintained location I’ve been to. Stopped by while traveling for a workout and shower, but not much equipment and the showers were not clean and full of hair in the drains. I didn’t see an employee the whole hour I was there.

They're liars. If you suspend your membership for COVID, they charge you anyway. They said management would contact but never do and they make ending the membership difficult. They handled COVID poorly and rarely cleaned until mandated to by the state. They also closed early (up to an HOUR early because they felt like it, no reason or warning).

The actual equipment was great looked new and clean. The womens locker room needs scrubbed. The walls have something crusted on them. Looks like its been there a while
