They do not honor a cancelation letter that isn't sent certified mail. They did however upgrade my membership without authorization while they continued to charge me.

Great place to workout. They gave me a day discount because I was a hotel guest. They are very friendly to traveler. Great cardio equipment And great locally owned gym.

I like that there is enough equipment so that even at busier times, I can still have options to get my workout in. The facility is clean and the staff is kind and has helped me readjust machines to my size without complaint.

Even $10 a month is honestly a steep price for what you get. If you show up during prime time, be prepared to wait 10-30 minutes to use a piece of equipment. The trainer classes usually tie up multiple cable towers, adjustable bench, bar bells, and dumbells during this busy window (sometimes for a class of one).They've been running so many promotions that they've outgrown their current facility which they struggle to maintain. On nights and weekends, expect the trash to be overflowing, cleaning bottles to be empty, and no paper towels. There' always seems to be some mystery brown powder on the floor and on some of the weights. Also, use extreme caution on the smith machines, employees have set them so close that it's only a matter of time before someone gets hurt trying to rack their weights.
