I'm new to the gym life, and I love it here. It's always super clean and the staff have all been very pleasant and helpful. Get a black card for use of tanning and hydro massage (which is amazing).

Great spot with super friendly employees! Very clean and the music isn't too loud! Not too busy in the afternoons. My husband and I are really enjoying getting back in shape here! I highly recommend!

The music isn't blasting like it's a club. Clean, no waiting as I go late anyway 11 p.m. And the also have a scale! Tx don't have scales & the music is so loud u can't have a conversation w/ another human & hear them. Just a welcome change. This 8 a.m. still not crowded. Best kept secret I guess.

I love my gym I'm there as much as I can be. Friendly staff clean comfy atmosphere.
