Some polite staff. Not well ventilated. A little stuffy. The massage, tanning, and red-light rooms are conveniently located in the front of the gym. They do NOT allow talking on phones, so no business or personal calls in there! Just go hurry that exercise and button the mouth. You're there to exercise not socialize!!! Thanks Christi for pointing that out to me! (Not to the various other people also chatting on phones, but at least to myself.)

It was my second time THERE. It seems very clean. You clean each machine when you get on a machine and clean it again when you finish each machine. Plus they clean too all day.We never waited to get any machine, and that was at 12:30 PM ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON. EVERYONE WAS DOING THE 6 FT. RULE TOO.ALL THE PEOPLE SEEMED NICE AND THE CUSTOMERS SEEMED NICE TOO.ALL AGE GROUPS WERE THERE.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! This gym is pretty clean. I see the gym getting cleaned every time I workout here. The equipment is in good shape and the locker rooms and bathrooms are in good shape! I had a great experience with management, she is super helpful!

I have belonged to many gyms and fitness facilities and I really enjoy Planet Fitness. I have traveled and visited many different locations around the country (with a black card membership) and the clubs are very consistent. I am always able to get a great workout, no matter where I am training.

Great location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is clean and not busy. They have two off almost every machine so you never hanger to wait for someone to finish their sets.

Very night and day. Alot of the day staff is very arrogant and rude .night staff is nice . Was actually harrassed by their bizarre trainer alicia ? Cant think of any place that would keep an employee that is rude and harrassed customers unprovoked . How this angry weirdo still has a job there is crazy in itself

I originally joined in NC I'm here for the winter . I was told that its indepently owned and could only come,10 times a month unless I change my home,location. What? I never heard of such a thing. And the gym is old,and not kept up like most of the planet fitness ive been to. It was dirty and old. Not impressed!!!

Me and my wife both have black card membership and today we drove all the way from New Smyrna to go tanning before we leave for NY. Well sure enough this was waiste of time, since BOTH of their stand up tanning beds are “down”. The only reason the star is not 1 is because we’ve always loved our memberships, since we travel A LOT. Well not this location... Btw the staff was nice, but this doesn’t solve the problem with outdated/not taken care of tanning beds and poor management. And for reference we just never go to the lay down tanning beds(We know they have this one working)

Absolute joke. The idea is basically not to scare anyone with a good old fashioned power clean. The smith machine is absolutely terrible for your proprioception and stability, words I’m guessing none of the gym goers or employees have heard. And studies show grunting enhances power to some degree, you shouldn’t ridicule people for working hard and pushing themselves to failure. That’s how muscle builds... fatigue. Not only do I not agree with the equipment, I don’t agree with the mindset. If you want to get a base for working out this is a good place to start but I encourage you to get a real personal trainer with the real gym equipment that matters most: an Olympic bar and some kettle bells. Shame on the CEO.
