I like it there but it need to be updated. Locker room not in order and most of the massage tables are not in working condition. The staff is great its just how it looks for me. Thinking about changing gyms.

I was a Platinum member here for 2 years. I was told I could cancel membership at anytime. I moved out of state and tried to cancel, they said I must fax a cancellation notice which I could not do. They continued to charge my bank and tact on fees. They would not work with me. I had to close my account and now my credit is damaged. This business is dirty. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I left the details blank on purpose. Then you come at me with that text book response. Giving you a poor review was the last option. I've been to the counter 8 times including today. I've called twice that many times. If you wanted to communicate with your customer , you had plenty of opportunity.Update: I started with another gym today only after giving planet fitness two week to slove the hot water problem . No response from my inquiries. I was left without answers for over 2 weeks. Bye bye planet fitness.

I enjoy going, but the jack's you connect your headphones to either don't work, or you can only hear on one side. I have to try different treadmills to see which ones are working. Also, I see a number of people not sanitizing their equipment after use. Staff are nice however. š ā¦

Iāve never liked the āfeelā of this place if you will, with āno judgementā signs and TVs playing sensual music videos everywhere. The customer service is definitely unprofessional. Half the time they looked annoyed that I had a question. One day, months after having my membership, the front desk insisted on taking my photo to āupdate my accountā even when I didnāt want to. I stood there, waiting for him to take the picture, just for him and his other coworker to start laughing. Apparently he wasnāt good at taking pictures. It made me feel uncomfortable & awkward to say the least.Iām happy to leave and take my business elsewhere.

Thank you, Planet Fitness, You have friendly professional staff that take pride in there job. I have witnessed a thorough effort being made when cleaning the equipment. I come at different times and am pleased to see it. I enjoy this gym.To the person that said they caught covid at the gym, I won't say any names, "D", Planet fitness has sanitation stations throughout for YOU to wipe the machine down before and after you use it. This is to protect YOURSELF. Maybe next time you can do that before you eat off of the exercise equipment and try to pass the blame off on someone else.

I find the gym to be nicely organized and well equipped, although some of the cardio equipment is starting to show its age.As for the men's locker room, the locker room portion is plenty big and some what clean. But the men's room portion is absolutely DISGUSTING, the smell of urine is so strong and offensive, it taints your overall experience.The front was notified two different times in different shifts. Each time I was meet with looks of less concern

Honestly, i am not someone to write reviews at all, but i have had a horrible experience. I was a member in New York before i moved and signed up as a black card member at this location. Communication is terrible, its as if my business was not valued at this location. On few occasions where i took my bf with me he was advised that he was not able to use the massage facilities as he is not a card holder, i didn't let that bother me at all, i said ok and left to the blonde girl at the desk, who had way too much attitude for my liking. I haven't been going to the gym because of COVID-19 so i called and asked if i could cancel or stop payments until i start using the gym again, i was advised that i would have to pay a $58 buyout fee which was unfair to me as we are all experiencing a pandemic. Now, they just charged me $24 a couple days for my membership and i am now seeing an additional $41.25 charged on my account. I called and ask why i am being charge, was advised that there is an annual fee. i explained the experience I've had and she advised me that they had freeze payments when the gym closed and offered free cancellation due to COVID-19 within that time and i did call during that time and was advised that i would have to pay the buyout fee, which was not the case, instead I'm paying and paying for something i did not use. But its my L, I'm am out of my contract now and will be cancelling my membership today. The rich will be richer, because all they do is rob poor people.
