I love the atmosphere, the staff are very polite an professionally trained, the facility is clean I would recommend this facility to anyone in Denton are even anyone that has a black card

I started coming here after they opened back up after the quarantine. I love the atmosphere and the staff here. Staff are friendly and nice and always welcoming as well as cozy atmosphere and the facility is sparkly clean.

Everyone here is so nice and cool. The facility is so welcoming and clean. Run very well and really works hard for their patrons. So happy to have made this my regular place for now.

They use terms like "No Commitment", "Cancel anytime", but they do charge you cancellation fee. I had upgraded the membership couple of months before I was moving out of Denton. I could not cancel online so I walked in the store to cancel my membership. I spoke to the same lady who talked me to upgrade membership. When I upgraded, she used both of those terms, when I told her I am cancelling I had to pay cancellation fee which was about the same as annual fee which I had paid few months ago. So I have to pay for annual service, and I have to pay to leave as well. This is such a ridiculous business practice. I hope they have stopped charging cancellation fees now.

An inexpensive membership. Gets the job done but the equipment is run down. I even got injured by one of the machines because it was broken and was not closed off. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, however. I’ve been going here for a long time due to the proximity but if I lived closer to i35 I would visit that location.

This location in particular made me feel uncomfortable. Too many men staring at me. Planet Fitness overall has been a nightmare. I tried to cancel because of the pandemic but they told me I had to get a notarized letter to do so. During a pandemic. After canceling my credit card so they couldn't use it they started taking money directly out of my bank account. Called my bank turns out my bank representative was having the same problem with Planet Fitness! Do not get a membership for this company at any location.

This is not my usual PF. I'm from the Houston area so I come when I visit family. Thems the perks of the black card membership. Staff is friendly, facility is clean, music is good. My only complaint is that this particular PF is SO DARK. It's like the lights aren't on. I wish they would add some additional lighting. You wouldn't know the difference if you'd not been to other locations that are all very bright. I think the lack of lighting detracts from what is otherwise a very good experience.

Keep up the good work on maintaining your locker rooms very clean! Love that about this gym! On a different note, please do something about the WiFi... it constantly falls... :( Otherwise, LOVE COMING HERE AFTER WORK!

I wanted to shout out the front counter dudes. They truly seem so genuinely caring and kind! It's a whole different environment compared to other gyms and planet fitness' I've been too. They know how to make you feel welcome and treat you like this is YOUR gym and not theirs. If that makes sense. PF-UNI is where it is at homies!!

I have a black card membership and went to this location from out of town and brought my husband as my guest. First day had no problem checking in. Second time we went to workout however they said my husband could not check in because he was from out of town. We tried to explain that I have a black card membership and also that we had been here before. This made no difference. The employee was not helpful and was not willing to figure the issue on their end. We left and went to another location and guess what! Checked in just fine.
