The staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is always kept clean and well maintained. It is a great place with a good atmosphere for my workouts.

Always go to this planet fitness very clean, workers are nice and not too many people if you know when to go.. Lots of treadmills, only a couple of certain machines, but that's okay. I would say this location is better than the University location In Denton

If you hate taking a nice, hot shower after a workout, this is the gym for you. Tepid at best, ice cold at worst. Otherwise, the gym is fine, but the lack of availability of hot water while showering is really straining my relationship with this place.

I like the cost. I like that its right off the highway. I like the massage rooms and tans. I like the work out videos. I like it's hours. The employees are usually pretty nice. I like that there are training classes. I like that i can bring a friend. I also like that there are drinks and water there.

I love the variety and amount of equipment available. The staff is always helpful, friendly and responsive. Facilities and equipment are always well-maintained. I've been to two PF locations (Denton, TX and Marshall, TX) and was impressed with the consistency between both locations.

So, I own a gym. Not a big one, but still. I appreciate pf when I'm recovering from an injury and need selectorized equipment. Otherwise I just use their showers. It is not a judgement free zone. You will be judged here, like anywhere else, just accept that. Their trainers are trash. I heard one tell a client yoga is bad for their back. As teacher with the highest level of certification in the world in yoga, I was just dumbfounded. Start your fitness journey here, but don't stay here. Move on to a more knowledgeable and specialized gym when you have got some experience under your belt.

The company is trash and so are the employees. They have no issue charging my card for their annual fee, but instead of charging it for my monthly they kept trying my old bank account which doesn't exist anymore. They of course do this so they can charge a late fee. I'll go to a gym that does business normally and happily pay more. You're never getting that late fee, ever.

I love that the staff is always welcoming! I also appreciate that the gym is always clean and organized. The amount of equipment ensures that I can always access the machines I want as long as I go during the off peak hours.
