Don't get ripped off! When I decided to finally cancel, based on their overpriced costs, dirty facilities and limited, low quality, workout equipment, it took me 4 months, countless phone calls, and 140 dollars of extra billing. If you give these people your card information they will bill you until eternity. Since their customer service is totally unresponsive, there's not much you can do.

Usually a great spot but today I saw a trainer, middle age curly brown hair female, and her trainee, older white man, being openly racist in front of all the gymmembers. I wouldn’t expect this from this gym, pretty disappointed.

At best, membership billing and services are repugnant. There are a number of fallacies within your policies. That being said, I will seek membership elsewhere. Lastly, it would also be helpful if Sunday hours were available.

Other than walking thru a sea of aluminum foil pieces on the ground. The blue smokers (fentanyl) epidemic it was nice.

Nice downtown gym. Really nice locker rooms with nice day locks and plenty of basic gym equipment. Note - didn’t seem like they had AC (or it wasn’t on while I was there)
