I went in to get a day pass and now vasa fitness is charging me $200 plus for a year that I have only been to vasa fitness once in my life and that was to play a pick up game of basketball with a friend. I have talked to multiple People about this issue even talked to Shannon the store General manager very unprofessional and wasn't even willing to help she said there's nothing they can do. So why is there people working there if nobody can help. Sounds like a management issue. I'm guessing Vasa fitness is going to be just like wells Fargo. Thieves

Great gym, just super crowded. I did come at peak time so I don't know how it is at other times.

Nice clean spot, it’s big and as long as you go at a good time you should be able to hit what you want. I do wish they had a bigger free weight area and more plates.

Personal training no worth it, the charges just don’t match with what you agreed with the personal trainer manager, or a complete SCAM

How come there is no charging port!? That is crazy. It should be in any, convenient place.

Brand new facility close to my home. Great experience and looking forward to my workout days. Being a retired senior it's great to have this gym so close !!!

Overall, the Jewell/Sheridan location is a pretty good gym! Lots of space for machines, free weights, turf area, and cardio machines. Equipment is in great condition! The VASA app runs well and is super easy to use. I have a MyZone belt but unfortunately the TVs dedicated to MyZone in the open gym area rarely work to cast your icon for a live feed, and the class TVs are hit or miss. I don't believe they've worked in the Spin/Cycle room for the entirety of my 3.5 year membership thus far. I believe this location now has a daycare but I have no kids to be able to review that aspect, nor have I tried any Personal Training to be able to review that. I started with the Studio membership 3.5 years ago, which includes the classes, hydro massage, tanning, pool/steam/sauna access, and the occassional free trial of Studio Red classes for approx $20/mo. I recently lowered my membership to the most Basic $10 plan because I was hardly using the additional perks and have been largely unimpressed with the classes/instructors (which is the loss of the star). Having a degree in Health and Exercise Science, I'm hyper aware of instructor performance when it comes to knowing their class routine, correcting form, engagement, and creating excitement/motivation. Compared to other gyms, I really felt these things were lacking with many of the instructors I've had over the last few years and started to go to classes less and less frequently. There are a couple great instructors but it wasn't enough to justify paying for that membership at this particular location.

Crowded at times but good machines that are well kept and nice to use. Staff is always nice.

Rediculously crowded afternoon and night. Finding available dumbbells or a squat rack is like winning the lottery. But at least there’s plenty of those pointless machines no one uses. I canceled my membership after 2 visits and just ate the initiation fees.

I like my morning workouts!! Its convenient location-wise, clean, nice crowd, a lot of weights options, awesome hydro massage room! ! Exited to check out sauna!
