Allowing people to park in fire lanes and no-parking spots endangers your customers. I’ve almost been in several accidents in the lot because of visibility. I will be reporting this issue to the fire departmentThis was this morning 12/13 photo is added. There are plenty of parking spots and you allow people to park on non parking spots blocking visibility. This can cause an accident

I just came with my 3 day free pass, standing in front of the reception desk, they just ignore me, talking, having fun, until I asked if they can help me, I explained my pass, and they were like, o yes just scan it,and go ahead....I told her, can you explain how it works,if you have a special, she said;no really, and keep having fun with the others. Incredible,so I don't even know the building, what can use, then I just left,I will look for a gym where they give you a tour, specials sales, respect and attention.

Overall OK gym for the price, but I would not recommend and do not plan on keeping my membership. It is quite dirty and a lot of the cardio machines do not work (some broken treadmills are COVERED in dust so I can only imagine how long they haven’t been working).

Great gym as far as equipment, cleanliness, and vibe! Lots of space, which is good bc it gets packed in the evenings. Nice amenities. The App, the website and the customer service at the desk are unfortunately disappointing. If you need to change your credit card on file or make a change to your plan. The desk will not be able to help and will rrfer you to the app, which crashes constantly and makes doing any of this impossible. And then you do it on the website, but apparently it doesn't update in the system, resulting in fees.So don't sign up for something you may want to cancel later such as guest privilages because unfortunately it might take hours of your time. - Melanie

Trash business, trash people. I moved out of state a year ago, so called to cancel my membership. They never canceled, and instead kept billing me. Not only did they continue to bill me without telling me they hadn’t canceled, they sold my account to collections! They billed me for a service I DID NOT USE, and then instead of doing the right thing and settling it as services not rendered, they sold an artificially inflated bill to collections.Absolute trash.UPDATE**The membership office was less than useful, and I would contend that they're in violation of Colorado's Consumer Protection Act (I was billed for services not rendered, and then was sent to collections where the collection amount was DOUBLE the outstanding balance). They were willing to pull it back from collections only if I paid some $60 to settle the balance (again - an artificially balance for services that I didn't use).VASA Fitness is a money trap. There are literally hundreds of gyms with better culture and business practices. This place is not deserving of your patronage.

Beyond the fact that this gym is packed and smells pretty bad, its also quite dirty. The trash bins regularly overflowing, the locker room smells awful and is generally filthy, and the pool and hot tub is grime-y and in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Plus it unreasonably warm and humid in there, I guess because of the open air flow from the pool, yuck. If that weren't bad enough the surprise fees to cancel were especially egregious, 65 bux to cancel and apparently it wont process for a month so they will be charging another month which apparently will be more than double what I was told, I agreed to pay 40 a month for a membership but the next cycle will be 90, which will be on top of the 65 to cancel lol. I will say that the staff is friendly, clearly this is a management / ownership / corporate issue(s). Avoid this gym.

I really love this gym. It’s not a lifetime fitness but for the price it’s a good deal. It’s clean, spacious, and the staff is always friendly. The studio red classes are fun and engaging, they’ve gone through a few different instructors but finally have a group of really good ones I hope stick around!

I wish that they were a little faster to repair their broken machines, but otherwise this gym is great. Always friendly staff, lots of weights and machines to accommodate even when it's busy. The locker rooms aren't always totally clean but it's usually fine, the rest of the gym is kept clean. There's a good vibe here too, not too many meatheads or weirdos.

I just completed my first set of training sessions with Sharon West. The value I received eclipses any physical training I've ever experienced. I mean...off the charts! Her knowledge of human physiology seemed to be on a doctoral level. She took the time to review notes from my physical therapist to adapt my workouts accordingly. She knew when to challenge me and when to go a bit easier.Sharon is also a phenomenal listener. She paid special attention to my workout objectives rather than pushing her own agenda. I really appreciated that!I feel like I'm im much better shape now and on track to enhance my fitness even more.Another quality I admire about Sharon...she's authentic and caring to a fault...a great member of an extraordinary staff and environment.I'll be back!
