SO OVERCROWDED!!!! I would love this gym if that wasn’t the case. I love working out and am fine with people, but when I say it’s overcrowded it isn’t an exaggeration. The parking lot barely ever has free spaces and there’s always lines for the squat racks. They could probably do better at cleaning too. I will say I loved the cycling classes with Chad! It was good while it lasted. I signed up to this gym expecting to do more lifting but often couldn’t find available machines most of the time I went to go work out (after work hours, I tried times between 5:30 and 9pm and it was way too busy every weekday except Fridays).

Great gym, convertible and stacked with equipment, and the Amenities WOW 5 stars guys 👍 …

Steam room and massage chairs are frequently not in service, so much so that I lowered my membership.

Going to be completely honest it’s impossible to cancel your membership with them. The staff is super unprofessional and no one wants to do they job and resolve anything if the answer not in front of them

The front desk girl went into my cubby, got into my personal property and took my keys out and took them up to the front desk. I freaked out thinking that my truck was stolen. Went to the front desk and ask for them and she said it’s irresponsible to leave your keys out. The keys were not left out they were hidden under my hat. I feel violated. Super sketch. They should not be touching peoples personal property.

Now the studio red and spin rooms are locked at all times - nice. But don't bother to do anything about theft in the locker rooms

The manager Jessica screamed at us because my guest didn’t have an Id with her because she’s visiting out of state , been coming here 2 years and never experienced something so disgusting and rude , will be canceling my membership and never returning ! Planet fitness at least doesn’t scream at you !

I mainly go for classes so i don't use the equipment very often. When i do use them - I use the treadmill, which I never had to wait for, and the stretch area for some abs exercises and stretches. The classes are ok...i wish there was a way to rate the instructors or classes on the app.

Very disappointed with the level of disrespect that came from one of your employees just now. Not sure if it’s a man or woman, but I think their name was Josie. They almost attacked my 14 year old daughter and said “if you don’t check in, you can walk yourself out the door”. Well done Vasa!

Love everything about this gym except they close early on Saturdays and Sundays. The only days most people have the time to go... Should definitely stay open the same time every day.
