Unfriendly staff, steam room, always broken minimal to no cleaning taking place. Machines always broken. This place is a dump. Go to the Littleton Vassa location where they care.

Good place to workout but you won't know how much weight you'll be using. Do to all the stickers missing on the machine.

I HAVE CHECKED IN HERE 40+ TIMES SINCE MY ACCOUNT WENT DELINQUENT AND NOBODY TOLD ME UNTIL AFTER SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE I CHECKED IN OVER 40 TIMES AND NOBODY TOLD ME MY ACCOUNT HADNT BEEN PAID!!!!!!!!!!!! Instead they decided to send me to collections, negatively impacting my credit. I am DISGUSTED. All I got was a bunch of bull excuses “you must check in at busy times” “if there’s one employee at the desk they can’t walk away” “you probably had headphones in”…. I come at the least busy times and almost every single time I check in there have been 3+ employees at the front desk. It is incredible the lack of accountability and communication.Edit: this whole ordeal has cost me almost $400. Vasa was impossible to connect with via phone and had already outsourced my debt. Smells like a scam to me.

Doesn’t matter the time of day. Gym is always way over maximum occupancy. if you’re lucky enough to find a parking spot and make it inside, you won’t be able to work out. Half of the cardio machines don’t work. Have fun waiting to get any free weights or on a machine. Not worth it.

Nice atmosphere and staff is great but the management is sub par. The equipment is poorly maintained. Every time you go to their classes, where music decibel levels range from 85-db-100db, you are sustaining permanent hearing damage. The parking lot is full of trash including tampon tubes. Customer complaints about these issues are ignored. Management simply doesn't care.

I’ve been consistent in gyms since I was a kid and have visited them all over the world. This is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. It’s filthy, overcrowded, and has a rude staff. The husky manager with short hair is rude for no reason. Must have a complex. I’ve cancelled my membership and had to contact corporate about the issues. If you’re serious about lifting, hit up Summit Strong, Iron Warrior, or Rocky Mountain Flex. They’re the more legit gyms in the area for adults.

Jen with paramount might be the most incompetent person I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Provided documents and still won’t properly give a refund. Scam artists

Way too busy lately and it's gotten a bit disgusting with all the people. They seem to have stopped live tracking so you don't actually know how many people are there, but in the past two months I've had to wait in line for machines or free weights nearly every time I visit now, not worth the money anymore.

If it's not the jets in the hot tub at one location, it's the steam room at another. Something's always out of order at Vasa. The locker rooms/showers aren't very clean either. I don't care much for the gym area, I just go to swim. The pools are always fine, and rarely busy. Most affordable way to swim for me at the moment. The Sheridan & Jewell location is DISGUSTING

Rebel strength instructed by Nicole on sat/sun @9am is the best class of all the rebel strength classes ive taken so far. The music is upbeat and in keeping with the rebel "groove" classes (also recommend at any vasa). I like her variations so its never boring. I travel the extra distance to make Nicoles class.
