Today was my first and last day at thisgym. I wanted a gym with more amenities than PF, but it was hot as hade’s balls in here throughout my entire workout.I had to keep reminding myself that I was in agym and not an actual sweatshop and force myself to stick it out instead of running backto the comfort of my ac in my car in between sets. It was also packed to hell so I could barely hear my own tunes blasted to the max with full headphones on. Peoplewere in line for a good chunk of the machines and some of the toilets didn’t even flush. With the heat and the overall experience, I just felt slimy leaving this place.

The good: some of the coaches (for example, Sharon and Sarah) and classes. The bad: way to crowded, hard to find a machine, almost impossible to find a bench in the free-weight room, cardio equipment hit-and-miss, locker room pretty much a mess, some of the front-desk staff rude (I finally canceled my membership over recent experience), staff turnover extraordinary.

Staff is great, gym is the worst. Not enough equipment, not enough weights for the current machines, layout is inconvenient. ALWAYS BUSY and way too crowded. People occupying machines and sitting on their phones. If you don't actually like to workout this gym will be perfect for you.

Good so far. Everyone is friendly and courteous. It’s super busy but there are always other machines/weights to use while waiting. Parking can be a hassle but, it’s a busy place.

Not clean. A lot ofteens. I’m use to 18 and up gyms. I am assuming these high school kids are the reason these facilities are not to regular sanitary standards. If they where to get inspected I assume they would not pass.

This gym is so crowded I often have to alter my workouts due to lines at machines. Tons of people filming themselves working out with no awareness for those around them. Parking is a nightmare as well.

Josie was very helpful to me and recommended certain things I can do and offered to do aclass with me. She could tell I was overwhelmed with all the people and just let me do my thing and explain I just needed a treadmill. Lol. This gym is packed and intimidating but Josie made my tour and gave me a good feeling like I had a friend there

Of all Vasa locations Sheridan is #1 busiest, #1 most consistently broken machines, #1 rudest manager, #1 filthiest bathrooms, most green-colored pool, and most uncleaned facility.Conversely, they cycle through their staff so often, when they’re rude to you, at least you know they will be gone in 2 months.Advice: it’s worth driving to any other location. All other Vasas are superior.

Pros: good equipment selection and variety.Cons: The gym is way too packed. Lots of members group up together and just hard to find equipment to use or dumbells under 30lbs.Cancelled after 2 months because it was just insanely busy. Parking is also a nightmare.

Nice gym but extremely busy. Not a machine or bench available on Monday 😣 staff is hit & miss, some are young & act annoyed or put out with minor inconveniences. Gym etiquette is mostly good but because of the busyness you have some people claiming a bench or squat rack for over an hour. Overall the crowd is what ultimately Ruins this place.
