The gym isn’t that clean. I had a bad experience with one of the clerks i believe his name was Justin 6-18-2021 around 10 pm so I simply told him to cancel my membership. I was told that I will be getting billed for a whole month even though the bill starts on the 17th and because of the staff being unprofessional I am not going back so I feel like I am paying for something I am not using . I hope the owner can train his employees an have at least a manger on the floor.

Always a good experience at this location! Staff is very friendly and keeps the gym clean! I always tan when I go and Makayla cleans the room for me so quickly! Love the girls there. Even though it’s under a mask now... I know they’re smiling!!

Today I was told my doctor recommended mask was not allowed at this location an actual fitness mask to keep me from sneezing for several hours after my workout was not allowed after wearing the mask for a week to the gym and checking in with it on. Today almost an hour into my workout the staff basically said who cares about your health and membership the mask is not allowed.

Their system is a scam. I gave them my billing info and for some reason they got it wrong so when they couldn’t pull money they charged me late fees and they didn’t really explain other fees they were charging me. When I gave them my billing info again they said everything works and when the next payment was do they sent me a message saying they couldn’t pull it out. I went the next day and they told me yeah we gotta charge you a late fee. So I cancelled my membership because I’ve spent more money on late fees then regular monthly payments. That’s my lesson learned I’m not going back their again

I have been to many PF in my area. In and out of town . Most are the same clean helpful staff enough equipment to go around. But THIS particular is weird. I felt out of place and like I wasn't supposed to be there . It was not the people that work there . It was the from the guest.. as I worked out on different things I was being watched. Also some guys worked out or just stood around right next to where I was working out at. It was different groups. I was under the impression that most of the people including a few staff members all knew each other.

The lady at the desk was rude. She threw my receipt at me and printed me some else Information. She didn’t help solve the issue all she did was be upset at me. I didn’t like her tone of voice and the least she could of did was been nice . It’s cool I’m going to transfer because I’m not spending my money and being disrespected !!!!!

one of the managers??? cancelled my membership after verbally insulting me and documented in THEIR system that I was the aggressor? I was told that "you caused a big scene at one of the locations" but I have not worked out in months due to an injury??? I learned after calling that I was in fact banned from planet fitness franchise managed my "PHIL" and was not told WHY?! I was also approached by a woman near another location who works for a “ Leos” and told “they gave out your social security number to teach you a lesson” and asked if I were a business owner. I phoned to verify the information that I was randomly given and was told rudely that you are banned and to never call again..

Standard planet fitness. No free weights besides dumbbells. They do have smith machines. There are never enough of them though, and they're not a great substitute for power racks anyways. While I've never had it called on me, the "lunk" alarm is seriously obnoxious and startles you.

This gym would be great,if you have all those workers at the front desk.walk around and ask people if they are ok or if they need help,with working the machines...I have to call them on my cell phone if i need help..It should be two at the desk&everyone else walking around on the floor constantly.I would love to learn how to use the weight lifting machine but its no one ever over there or walking around to show you how to get started...its every man for himself at this gym..

I loved it! It was my first time to this location, I usually go to the Michigan avenue location, but it was awesome! I used to total body enhancement machine and it was very good. I love that I purchased the black card, well worth it
