Personally this place is like a family for us. Very clean and, good workers the employees are more than your regular employees, they are welcoming, warm, and professional. Awesome machines. Cliental is really good as well. Highly recommended!!!

I canceled in person in February. Got a letter and email of the termination letter. Three months go by I noticed in May that they are still charging my account. When I called they told me that it must of been a new employee that proceeded the termination and didn’t save it in their system. They told me I have to talk to a General Manager called Alex to get those three months refunded. How can a company give official documents saying something is canceled and still charge you. This is a shady place, be careful signing up here.

This gym is very clean and perfect to workout at any time of the day or night. It has awesome features that other gyms don't have like a section dedicated to a 30 min workout, and another section for a core workout, and another for stretching etc.

Compared to the Michigan Ave location, I would definitely pick the Michigan Ave location over this one. Customer service is a lot better at Michigan Ave. Literally, just got off the phone with someone who said I would need to to talk to manager because she did not how to help me transfer, nor did the other person that was working.If your going to be an employee of PF, I would think you would know how to help people transfer. Instead of doing her job, it seemed like she was just trying to pass it along to anyone else.

The staff is amazing and attentive to everyone that walks in the door! Shoutout to Natalie, Stephanie, Joe'l, and the rest of the staff! I come at least 4 days a week and usually see the same staff members and its nice because you can build a relationship with them. Even if it's just them greeting you by name.Consistent with cleaning the machines and the whole place in general. (Great for the season of cold and flu)I'm always pleasantly greeted with a smile by the staff when I get there and when I have questions, or if we are just passing by each other.Plus, who doesn't like the tootsie rolls?! I've been a member at Planet fitness for about four years. I frequently visit the gym, it is nice, big, and clean. They have many luxury accommodations as well, including a spa, tanning and hydro massage. They have a wide selection of equipment for any intensity level of workouts. The staff is courteous, and helpful, plus the personal trainers are very knowledgeable and awesome!!

Staff is friendly, always clean, great selection of drinks and water fountains for refills. However, I wish the circuit area was better monitored. I work two jobs and sometimes I only have time for a 30min work out. I either have to wait 5 extra minutes for someone to get up from a machine or not even bother. Theres at least 2-3 of the same machine out on the floor! The circuit area isnt a private gym, people...

Place is priced decently until they hit you with the 40 dollar random charges they do a few months of the year. Slightly clean, staff can care less about their jobs at this location. I wouldn’t come back here to be honest. Oh, good luck finding a parking lot due to the school next door taking up all the spaces. Good job planet fitness for being productive with nothing.

It's a good gym. Not overcrowded like some of the other locations. I never have any trouble getting to use the machines I want. The staff is very courteous and polite. My wife and I go together after work 3-4 times a week. My only issue with Planet Fitness is it's a "No judgement zone" yet the term "lunkhead" for bodybuilders is in itself judging. As a former lightweight bodybuilder I take slight offense.

The gym was fine. Typical gym. No great, not bad. My only complaint at first was the tendency for much older guys who hang out there to creep on my girlfriend. Not exactly the gym's fault.But when I tried to cancel because I moved out of state, some actual trouble began. I was told I could not email them, could not call them, could not fax them, and could not show up in person to a different gym to cancel. The only way to cancel is a letter in the mail.Fine, it was probably in the contract. Fair enough I guess. But when I sent a letter to the location I still had no results. This is getting to be a bit much. I just want to leave.
