I really want to like Crunch, but honestly, I think I will likely cancel soon. This place has its issues like being dirty often and not having enough equipment. It’s not the worst gym and you can overlook most of these things. However, the main problem I have with this gym is the trainers. I try to avoid them as much as possible. They are super rude and it seems that they zero customer service skills. Anytime you train in a pair, they automatically assume there is training involved. They don't like this and judge you on what you’re doing and yes, you can tell. They make it very OBVIOUS that they don’t want anyone training unless it’s with one of their own trainers. They also take up a lot of equipment of which there is not much of to begin with. They like to rush people so they can get the machines and areas they want to train their clients. Many of the trainers, if not all, also do not clean the machines. Not a pleasant experience working out here avoid this gym if only for the trainers.

Here lately the cleaners what shut down the locker room when things are inside instead of working around the customers, stuff is already inside same with cardio machines shutting down entire rows because they have to get cleaned instead of cleaning during non busy hours or at least letting customers use the machines that have been cleaned completely unsat

Since they opened, this place has been great. The staff is helpful and friendly. Plenty of equipment to use and 2 large areas to do the workout you want and a large for classes. They also have a spin class room.

Never had to deal with such unprofessional staff regarding an application status to join the gym because they can only accept people on Tuesdays

Best gym in El Paso area. Can't beat all the classes, and other services they offer for the monthly price. Worth it.

Having been opened less than a year, it’s a little disappointing to see how the staff do not take care of it. The restrooms are dirty most of time, and without hand soap.(Which is a big deal at the gym) Toilet paper everywhere and floors look like they are never cleaned. Looking at the main gym area there are several times when you don’t have sanitation spray or paper towels to clean the equipment after using.A PLUS: When it comes to the equipment availability there are a lot of options and many machines. If a machine breaks, there’s something else to do, although it’s frustrating when it always breaks or takes so long to get fixed. You can get a good work out done here, but the gym is lacking in sanitation and that’s why I gave 3 stars.

For being so new, it's filthy, and customer service is horrible. From trainers to management, they all have zero people skills. Machines were broken 2 weeks after they opened and took forever to fix. I canceled my membership because it's not worth it. Even the lowest costing membership isn't worth it. Like any other big box gym, they don't care if you're unhappy and ignore anything you bring to their attention. They happily take your money anyway. I'll be sticking to privately owned gyms, where they take pride in what they've built and in the services they provide.
