Too small for the amount of people here, not enough machines\weights unless you are doing cardio

Great gym, I like the environment, if you're looking to do cardio, there's plenty of machines!

Come on! I got it!, there can be lots of people. But each time I go in now trash on bathroom floors, class side of gym most machines missing clips to attach accessories, same machines break each week and etc. I don’t make post so this is a first!

Worst experience, the gym is fine, the equipment is good, but it is always very crowded and very dirty. Apart from that, they steal your money. I advise you to check your accounts.

I'm a member for crunch an every time I get horrible customer service from Robert. This person is so rude and unprofessional. Robert definitely needs to get some training or get demode it to cleaning or somewhere were he does not have to deal with people due to him not having the skills to represent such as great place.

This place is always packed. That in of itself is not uncommon with public gyms. What makes it so frustrating is at "peak" times there is no mitigation methods enforced. People will hog the barbell racks, dumbbell stations, benches, etc, for 30 to 60 mine (or more) making it next to impossible to ever get the equipment one needs. There needs to be some sort of time limit enforced, at least during busy times. Not everyone can go during work hours or late at night. I have no idea how small places like "Anytime Fitness" can be packed yet still get a workout in, yet a place as big as Crunch had such an issue. Definitely not worth it unless you have time during the day or late at night.

I went yesterday night for a free trail and I have to say the staff was friendly but the gym was dirty. It’s the only thing stopping me from getting a membership with Crunch. If it was cleaner I would definitely sign up.

This place is the new EP Fitness of El Paso, over crowded with limited equipment, Even at 4-5 in the morning. It is small, the building they took over was huge however the space was not utilized for equipment mainly classes and cardio machines. If you want access to free weights good luck there is a tiny corner with like 3 benches and 30-40 people. Place could be a lot cleaner equipment always has trash in cup holders, sanitizing stations were always out of paper towels in the morning. Upon registering I did it on the website using a debit however when I went they were pushing for me to use my checking account for "the numbers" I still declined. I went for a week and switched gyms quickly, paying a $25 a month membership really had no benefits for me there with limited equipment and over crowding. I went to cancel my month to month after a week and was informed I have to pay the following month as well and then it will cancel, which is just bad business after just a week. I was hopeful this new gym was something different for the northeast however it is not. Staff was always friendly this place just isn't worth the fee I would rather pay more at another gym to be able to work out and have access to equipment with out the social club.

Initially, I liked the gym. I was one of the first to sign up...but at this point, it is way too crowded to make use of my membership when from 12pm and afterwards, the people to machine ratio is so far off that at some point, they need to consider not accepting anymore members. Anyway, Show Off Fitness is good on days when this place is packed (most days)
