The atmosphere here compared to the Las Cruces location is phenomenal! So much more welcoming and the employees! The employees here are absolutely amazing! Always ready to help, always smiling and very inviting!

I'm a member and I understand that people are still signing up. But I waited in line for 15 mins before someone even acknowledged me. All I wanted to do is use the hydro bed. And there was around 6 people behind the desk 🙄. First time going and might just be my last and my wife's last. …

Awesome so far but the showers can use some work. There's a gap on the door ( you can be seen), no place to put your shower items except the floor, water is not warm and there's an air vent right above, that blows cold air. Also you have to walk to the other side of the restroom to the changing area.

A big shout out to the kids crunch team. My son Leif has never been in daycare and it was sweet to see them be so caring and attentive to him. He felt so comfortable that he fell asleep there. So thankful to have a place that supports moms fitness

Im disappointed in the negative reviews, they seem a bit petty. However, my wife signed up and she loves it! We did experience a small disappointment and initially it was met with personnel from Crunch that compared our situation with dying .... completly inappropraite. Then, the manager Kyle, the most professional individual I've come across in quite some time, truly listened and went out of his way to accommodate the needs of the situation. This gym is perfect for the entire family, and with this kind of personal management, Crunch El Paso will prosper. GO and get your workout on!! I'ts a great place. Once again, the management will make this place great. He keeps his promises.

It’s a really great gym and all but it never fails that the person helping me is rude whenever I need assistance or just to even ask a question. I feel discouraged to even ask for anything again especially when it comes to using the hydro massage or red light room. Might as well downgrade to basic membership.

It’s a great gym some of the staff it very helpful but on my first visit there my head phones had fell in the trash by mistake and I had asked one of the three guys who were at the personal training center if they could help me get it since I couldn’t remove the top by myself or reach in to get it. They just stood there laughing staring at me until another staff member passed to help me. I thought it was very unprofessional especially if they weren’t even doing anything.

I’ll start with the good and end w the bad. Great, great equipment and class variety. It’s pretty spacious so you have your cardio in one, weights, training and classes, etc. There is a lot of great machines and even a sauna and day care that’s all amazing. Unfortunately, you will find it nearly impossible to book a class within the minute they’re full it’s like trying to score dunks. Secondly, it is always jammed packed I mean packed to the core, if you don’t mind that then you’re fine, but people like me find it raising their anxiety levels when you’re walking to a machine surrounded by so many people feels like a social club almost. There’s, sometimes a wait for the day care which is understandable. The other day I was looking at a machine and I didn’t know how to use it, and I went to the counter where there about 5 employees all on their phones. I ask if they may show me how to use the machine and they all stared at me while telling eachother “you go! No you go! Aw,” and I said it’s okay and walked away. And one of the gentleman came over and showed us how to use it, it was very rude of them to do. Other than that it’s a nice gym but it doesn’t accommodate me when 99% of the machines and classes and day care is taken.

Great gym!!!, I hadn't been in the gym for the longest time, I was kinda iffy about going I thought I was gonna feel awkward but to the contrary, the atmosphere is great, I love the set up and the amount of machines they have. I've also read some great reviews on the daycare which is good because now I won't be too worried about taking my daughter with me. Keep it up crush fam, you guys are doing a great job!
