OTF Coronado has welcoming and professional staff. Coach Colleen was very engaging and made my first class enjoyable. Most say OTF is expensive, having dabbled in a number of fitness businesses I think OTF Coronado has a lot of bang for the buck.

Can’t find your motivation to get moving? Don’t worry! The staff and coaches at the Coronado Orangetheory in El Paso have enough to spare! It’s nearly impossible to not feel hyped for your workout with the environment they bring to the table!

I love Orangetheory! It might sound silly but these classes have changed my life and i’m so grateful! Before OTF I was tired and my anxiety/depression was at an all time low after leaving the military. I’ve only been going for about 4 months now and I have lost several inches, down a size in clothing and my confidence and mental health is in such great shape. I believe OTF is an addition to my life, for life. I don’t have any intention of ever stopping!

I love that the guesswork is out of the way. You walk in, you work out, the energy is always great and you feel good when you walk out.

The staff are phenomenal, from the front desk to the coaches. Love the workouts because it’s total body. Price is a bit steep but personal attention isn’t cheap.

Having a coach should mean exactly that- someone to guide you and explain the workout. I had a terrible experience with coach Devon. Everyone else at this location was very kind to me and it’s it unfortunate that I now do not feel comfortable going to this location. As I said being a coach should mean exactly that- If a customer has a question regarding the workout they should feel confident asking without being talked down to. OT is very expensive and working out can be a vulnerable experience. I, myself had an issue during a workout when asking about the rower. I am not familiar with that piece of equipment, except at OrangeTheory. When I asked for help, Coach Devon did not help explain to me how to do the exercise and told me I was “overthinking it” -when in reality I just was confused about her direction and had no clue what I was suppose to be doing. After a weird exchange where I attempted to understand what to do I ended up leaving mid-workout, crying, because I felt discouraged and uncomfortable. I sincerely hope that the coach learns that not everyone has the confidence in the machines or the workouts. I hope that other gym goers do not get talked down to as I did.The desk staff at this location is very kind- as were the other coaches. However, I’d say if you do not know how to use the equipment, if you are new the workouts, or just have anxiety (like myself) don’t go- or make sure you schedule with a coach that will make you feel confident and comfortable. The desk staff and other coaches are great, but it’s a huge limitation if you don’t feel safe working out with every coach. Limiting your workouts to certain coaches is nearly impossible and is a huge issue if you choose this expensive gym.** coach Syd did call and talk to me about this situation and I was very appreciative of her doing that. I don’t believe in removing a review, because this did happen. But I think if I went back to this location they would have been respectful to me. This location is very organized and clean. As I said previously, the rest of the staff is very professional and friendly.
